Beautiful Ground floor condo is great for kids and older people, Like having a huge yard right off your lanai. 300 feet to ocean and 17 feet to pool. Fully stocked condo. Queen Bed in master, and two twin beds in spare bedroom.
No elevators to deal with.

Spring break getaway

Perfect location and amenities! The Maui Sunset never disappoints. The pool and concierge desk has everything we could need, the sunsets are spectacular and there’s just enough activity for all ages to keep us busy but also manage to have some “chill by the pool” time. We have been coming to Maui for years and choose this resort every time.

Fantastic rental

Great communication with owner, Tammy. Beautiful updates in entrance, living room & kitchen. Master bed was comfortable. Had items for beach. Our family had a wonderful day.

Love Maui Sunset!

A friend and I come every couple of years.We love Mail and Maui Sunset .Our condo was was gorgeous and well appropriated.We had never stayed on the ground floor before and really enjoyed being close to the pool and we loved the resident chickens!

Relaxing resort vibe and beautiful sunsets

First time staying in Kihei and we loved Maui Sunset resort. Sunsets were amazing!! Enjoyed strolls on beach and the adjoining park. Unit was very comfy and well equipped! Kids enjoyed pool, and pool noise was not an issue. Owner responded very quickly to correct a couple small problems! Parking lot is a bit crowded if you are renting a van or truck, but we always got a spot.

Maui Summer

We loved Tammy's place. Access to pool was excellent with small kids. We really enjoyed the open space and all the extras. It was a lovely time.

Great Condo with great location

Perfect for the family!

This condo is not only cute and a great space for the family, but it’s ground floor location and proximity to the pool (literally right out the back door) we’re GOLD!!!

Great condo & great location

The condo was clean and spacious. It's on the ground floor so it was very convenient for the pool, and the grounds. It was lovely to sit on the patio and watch the sunset.

Great place to stay in Kihei

The condo was wonderful and Tammy was very responsive and easy to work with. The place was very clean. The grounds are beautifully kept and the activity options right at the condo make things easy. We enjoyed being able to walk out the patio to the pool and ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This unit is awesome! The grounds here are wonderful. Kids love playing on the grass and in the pool. This is a wonderful place to watch the sunset! we would definitely stay again.

Awesome Sunsets

Beautiful setting with everything you need. Relish the wonderful sunsets from the patio. Easy access to the large pool and enjoy the tiki torches at night.

Beautiful Condo

I would highly recommend Tammy's condo. It was well stocked and even had items to use for the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Tammy was a great host!!

Great condo!

Took the family with three young children and this is a perfect set up. The grounds at the Maui Sunset are beautiful and well kept. Great pool and recreational activities. Enjoyed this ground floor location with easy access to the pool. Condo is well stocked in the kitchen and with beach accessories and toys.
