Maui Sunset B109 is as described in the listing: Clean, easily accessed, and stylish. I've rented this condo many times and found it to be in great form as usual. They added an upgrade in the bedroom with a King size mattress thatvwas comfy as sleeping in the clouds. I can wholeheartedly recommend this unit.

This was a perfect home base for us during our recent family reunion. The condo was well appointed and very comfortable. The location is close to world class shopping, dining, and beaches. Maui Sunset is a perfect place for family to gather to create memories of a lifetime.

The condo was a good fit for our family and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated that beach chairs and snorkel gear were provided. An umbrella would have been a nice addition, though.One thing to note is that this condo is directly across from the BBQ area, so if you’re looking for more privacy or a quieter location, you may want to consider a different unit.We stayed for two weeks, so we did need to replenish coffee, toilet paper, and laundry supplies. Even for a shorter stay, though, you’ll likely run out of coffee, so it would be helpful if a little more were provided.I would also recommend familiarizing yourself with all of the complex and pool rules before your stay. We sometimes felt like we had to be very careful about what we were doing, It created a feeling that at any moment someone might make a complaint.We have stayed at Maui Sunset before and have enjoyed the property, but after this experience, I think we may choose a different location next time where we don’t feel quite as concerned about accidentally breaking one of the many rules. Overall, the condo itself worked well for our family, but the experience with the complex rules and restrictions would make us consider other options in the future.

Great Location

Enjoyed the location and the ground floor unit. Nice having grills close to the unit. Great beach for walking - saw 2 turtles on the beach during our stay. Would stay again!

Spring Break Girls Trip

Four of my friends and I stayed here for our spring break and had a blast! The property was clean and had full amenities. Having the pool and beach in walking distance made our trip so much fun. We loved staying here, definitely would come back!

Great to be back in Maui!

We are so happy that we stayed at this location. We enjoyed every 9 days of our stay. The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed the property (grass, bbq, pools, putting greens, tennis courts, beach, ......). The location is perfect as well.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay despite Mother Nature bringing some clouds and rain. We enjoyed the ground floor condo in a well maintained property, with an easy walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We hope to visit again soon.
