Plenty of room in this large home. Nice amenities and less than 10 minutes to all Estes Park activities. Home and furnishings are a little dated but seems to be the standard for the area.

The picture windows in the house have amazing views of the mountains and sitting on the porch in the morning made the trip! The home was very clean. The king and queen rooms upstairs need new blinds. It does get very bright in the king room and it would help if the owner put in a new pull down shade. The kitchen has plenty of plates, mugs and utensils. We were able to see an enormous bull elk and herd in the front yard!! What an experience!

The property was spacious enough for our family of seven and had most amenities that we could need. Our one main complaint is that the listing does NOT clearly state that there is no central air conditioning. While this may be fine for Estes Park most months of the year, the end of July/August can be quite warm and we would prefer to have a cooler environment as the oven heats up the whole house when cooking and therefore it takes a long time to cool down the property in the evening. Additionally, there were a few minor issues: kitchen cabinets were sticky, cabinets in the bathrooms didn't shut properly, there were a lack of spoons so we had to purchase plasticware, some windows were missing screens or the windows didn't open well so couldn't open up a few at night making for more heat in the house, etc. Otherwise the space was well-maintained and comfortable for a large family.

We had a great stay in Estes Park. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities that made everything easy and enjoyable. The service was outstanding—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

There were several safety issues with this house, as well as comfort issues. The house is not as described and there are several broken pieces of furniture both inside and outside the house that need replaced. The photos are old and do not match the current condition.

This mountain retreat was immaculate, convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park, and the perfect place for our vacation! The kitchen, the carpet, the beds, the deck, and the views all exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This location was perfect for our family's trip. It is close to the park and town. Very clean! The downstairs suite was perfect for my daughter's young family. Will definitely book again!

Wonderful place to stay. Everything was as described in the listing. Very clean, comfy beads, spacious, quiet neighbor hood, even the elk showed up like it was all planned. I hope to book this place again next year.

Family friends meeting in Colorado for vacation

We had a great visit! The house was everything and more we needed! We would definitely rent again in the future. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do in the area and also private! We were able to enjoy the hottub after hiking. We did a lot of meals and the grill on deck was perfect for that.
