This place was awesome! It was a great value for the price compared to everything around! It was clean and had plenty of space. Positioned in between main key largo and homestead made it easy to get anywhere. There's a nice outdoor area and kayaks as well! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed for 4 nights, for an early celebration of my 40th Birthday. The host had hung a "Happy Birthday" banner for me and left a couple small gifts. Very much appreciated! House was cleaned, well decorated, and the outside space was perfect for relaxing.

My teenage boys and I had so much fun staying here, it was even better than expected. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. It has all the amenities, and we felt right at home. The hosts know exactly what you will need, and the guide book is actually really useful. The access to the kayaks alone pays for the stay! We stayed in four different places during our 10 days in Florida, and this one was better than all of the rest combined. We hope to someday come back!

We loved the location and how quiet it was. The pool was really nice and we met some really nice people. But overall we just loved it. Being able to walk out the door and have the water right there was wonderful. Having morning coffee there was perfect.

This is a great, comfortable tiny home in a small community. I liked that it wasn’t a huge neighborhood, and watching the kayakers come and go was so fun! Would recommend this spot and would stay here again myself!

Would stay again. Nice clean property. Small, cozy, comfortable. On site parking is very tight. I have a Ford F150 super crew with short bed and it was a challenge to park it within the area provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny house on the water. Very nicely decorated with a beachy theme throughout. A lot of attention to detail making it cozy and cute. Fishing poles and well stocked tackle box, nice grill and outdoor sitting and eating area, kayaks. Everything included. Highly recommend. Rebecca, our host, was readily available to address any of our needs or concerns.

Everything was okay, little noisy with rowdy family across canal. But beware Karen lives in neighborhood and she will fuss and fuss. Host was super but neighborhood Karen kind of ruined a nice stay.

This tiny house has everything you need! We kayaked off the dock, swam in the pool & grilled fresh fish from the local market. Check in & check out were easy and the place is super clean. Snorkeling trip from Pennekamp SP & biking in the Everglades were really fun day trips!

Beautiful settings, comfortable beds and we loved the fishing supplies that were provided. Which included kayaks, tackle, 6 fishing rods and a cooler. We enjoyed the outdoor tiki area and the private dock. Kitchen was equipped with all the needed cooking and dining in supplies. We loved the new induction cooktop!!! The streets were lined with coconut trees, which my little one loved! A much needed tropical getaway! Rebecca the property manager was so kind and accommodating! She suggested restaurants and a secret fishing spot! Which was definitely a highlight of the trip.

Very cute tiny home. Had most amenities listed except washer and dryer in the unit. Listing stated a washer and dryer in the unit in the bedroom closet but it was padlocked and unable to be accessed. Parking was not suitable for a truck due to sharing the area with the neighbors so we had to park in the overflow area and walk to the unit which was close by. A small car would have been fine.

Our visit began with a little hiccup as the unit had not been cleaned. Rebecca was very quick to respond and had someone out in an hour to handle it. From the previous reviews this is not a common occurrence. We found the unit to be comfortable and quiet. It was a bit on the cold side so we didn’t get to enjoy the porch as much as we would have liked. We spent a couple of days exploring the Everglades. It was a short drive. We had everything we needed. The listing states that the unit has a washer and dryer but that is not the case. There was a closet in the bedroom that maybe they were in but it was padlocked. The shower was very nice but be warned the water can get very hot. It was a very nice place to stay and I would very much recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time. We got to see so many Manatees by our deck. Rebecca was amazing and always responded right away when I had a question. The place was clean. We enjoyed the kayaks but do wish they had 3 so my family could have gone together. We rented jet skis a few houses down from us, and they charged us a great price. They were amazing and even took us for a ride to show us where to go. I definitely enjoyed the pool to cool off. We met so many nice people. I definitely recommend this house, and we will be coming back.

We had a great stay! This was a very nice, family-friendly place that was clean, cozy, and private. The host was very responsive and always answered my questions quickly, which made everything so easy. We also really enjoyed the pool and the kayaks—they were perfect for family activities and made our stay even more fun. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
