Not sure why the 3 stars. All was just as described for the guest. I even had propane tanks swapped out for them within an hour of request. Guest mentioned they enjoyed their first stop as they explored the keys.

This house was exceptionally clean, organized and peaceful. The owner was easy to contact, pleasant and informative. I would certainly book this property again... However, next time I will contact the main office of the campground to make sure all facilities (not associated with the house) are in order .. The pool was closed for repairs during our stay which would have been a deal breaker had I known ahead of time.

This is a really great tiny house, situated in the middle of a large 170 unit trailer park. It might be the nicest dwelling in the park. I give the house 5 stars and the trailer park 3 stars.It's close to a grocery. The pool area seems pretty decent. But... you're staying in a trailer park.

We would come back in a flash. The place was comfortable, well-decorated and well-stocked with everything you would need. The location was perfect for going to John Pennekamp State Park and to great restaurants. The outdoor space was lovely and there was a small beach a few houses down.

Exploring Key Largo

Great quiet little campground. Perfect location to explore the Keys from. Was a little disappointed with the small beach area but spent most of our time at the pool.

Tiny Home was awesome, Mobile Home Lot setup was just great. RV park was setup very nice and pool was awesome.

Best stay in the Keys

We stayed at 3 different places over 2 weeks in the keys and this place was the BEST by far. Great accommodations in a great neighborhood. And the location to many of our interests in the upper keys was perfect. We appreciated the quiet A/C, warm pool and comfortable bed.

Perfect little house and location.

Very clean modern little house! Perfect size and had all the comfort amenities. Nice quiet campground with a great pool and easy water access for kayaking. Will definitely be back!

Perfect long weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary/baby moon trip. Perfect location in Key Largo. Close to everything, and even had a little beach on the grounds. The tiny home had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our long weekend away and hope to be back to the keys very soon!

The house was very nice! Well stocked with everything we could’ve needed. We’re not campers, just used it for home base to explore the keys, but if you are a camper this campground was pretty nice too!

Very clean. Small but suitable for 2. Extremely quiet, close to grocery, very close to John Pennekamp. Friendly neighborhood. We would return
