A first floor ocean front / pool front condo. Best floor view in the complex!

650 Square Ft. of Ocean Front Paradise, This Condo is in the Heart of Jax Beach!

Located on 1st Street North and 9th Ave North, Directly facing and directly on the Ocean, this 1 Bedroom Unit sleeps 4 ( sleeps 10 if you rent both) . Guests can use the Sleeper Sofa in the living room. It is a quiet location surrounded by lots of action just a few short blocks in either direction.

This unit (26) and unit 28 (directly above it ) can be rented together as there is an internal shared access door that connects the two units together to sleep larger groups up to 10 people. there is a pin pad for access to connecting the two beachfront condos together.
as long as the calendar for each unit allows.

We have been designated a Premier Host!!!

Owner was very timely in responding to questions!! Great location for poll, beach and quick walk to stores and food dives. Bonus: several things stocked in the house to make it feel like home!!

Excellent condo for relaxing, accessing the beach and enjoying Jax Beach. Could not ask for a better experience. Absolutely plan to return next season hopefully for longer

The condo is very cozy and beach lile. Close to the ocean. Very clean and comfortable. Our host Harry was very good and very accommodating.

The only thing I could say negative and it's not about the condo , is that there should be steps, platform on the sand dune going to the beach. It's a little difficult for older people to walk over it.

Yes that sand is very difficult going over the sand dune to walk in. Don't know if you noticed it or not but a half a block over there is a boardwalk that gets you over the sand dune and it's a lot easier to get to the beach using the boardwalk. For future reference when you come back and play another day

We have been staying in this lovely beach condo for 7 years. It is like our home away from home. You can’t beat the view! It is well furnished and so clean! It is within walking distance to several restaurants and a quick uber ride to restaurants in Atlantic and Neptune beach. The pool is right outside of this unit and the beach is just over the dune. Harry is a great host. He communicates well and responds quickly if you have any needs or questions. This place is definitely a 5 star in our eyes. Thanks for everything Harry!

The place is right on the beach. There are restaurants and bars close by, and the pier is within walking distance. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely beautiful ocean from and very close to Mayo Clinic, grocery store, and great restaurants. I caught some nice fish right out front on the beach. This is an awesome property and everything was great!!! Thanks for the great communication and hospitality!!!
