Very good place to stay very quite and nice house. Not enough wash cloths for all guest and a water leak under the sink in the main bedroom but other than that excellent property to stay. Only recommendation i would suggestbwould be televisions in all rooms. Host was very communitive.

My family and i had a great time staying in this beautiful 2 story home, very cozy and spacious, we were 7 min away from sea world and close to many restaurants, if you're planning a trip to sea world with a big group, this is a perfect place to stay ;)

Nice getaway

It was nice one of the chairs was broken in the back and was sat on and completely broke. I hope we’re not charged. Everything else was great

Reservation cancelled 13 minutes before check in by Host

On the date of check in, host cancelled reservation at 3:47pm (13 minutes before the 4:00pm check in time). The reason "dates booked on another platform." Host should have been more diligent and should have been aware of the double booking BEFORE the day of check in.

I always give 5 stars but this was the Worst Vacation Rental Experience Ever!Our stay at this property was absolutely horrible. AC was locked at 75 degrees which is too hot for Texas. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling at all. We had to move all of our groceries into a cooler. The owner showed up at 11:55 PM, HOURS later, with a mini fridge. She was clearly intoxicated - her speech was slurred & she wasn’t making any sense. The mini fridge didn’t get cold enough to keep groceries so we were stuck using a cooler all weekend like we were camping—definitely not the experience we expected from a "nice" 2-story home. The owner managed to lose her keys & phone as well. She didn’t leave until 1:00 AM, far too late for our small children, who needed rest before a full day at SeaWorld & Aquatica.The WiFi was a joke. It didn’t work at all upstairs, and downstairs, it was constantly cutting in & out. This was a big issue for us since we couldn’t connect our preemie baby’s Owlet sock, which is a health necessity. To top it all off on the 2nd night the kitchen sink started leaking. We had to clean up water at 11:00 PM & could not use the sink for the rest of our stay. This entire stay was nothing short of a disaster. Between constantly communicating with the owner, dealing with broken appliances, and trying to salvage our trip, it was more work than a vacation. The owner told us she doesn’t care about reviews. I truly hope this helps someone from having their family time ruined.

Quick weekend getaway

When we booked it appear the home was a townhome, but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised it was a freestanding home. There were enough towels for everyone in our group, but there wasn’t enough to have a step out towel. We bought wash clothes to leave too since there were none. The listing also says shampoo and body wash were provided. We found most of the bottles were almost empty. Some blankets would have also been nice to have. Overall it was a good place to stay for the weekend.

Decent enough

Aside from the fact that the host attempted to charge me 25 for tissue left in the bathroom trash, the stay was decent. Upon arrival we noticed the “house rules”. These included taking all the linen off the beds and transferring them to the laundry room, filling the dishwasher, and taking out the trash, among other duties. This is on top of the cleaning fee, which I questioned the host about. However, I digress… Nice house. Good neighborhood. Place was clean when we arrived. Beds are not comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Linen is thin and cheap. Nothing special about the place. No extras. Almost felt like an abandoned house. Not welcoming. Stained carpet. It was good for our 3 day visit for BMT Graduation.
