It's conveniently located approximately about 5 mins walk to Aggie Square and 10 mins walk to UC Med Ctr this tiny home (244 sq) is an attached studio secondary unit sitting on rear of the main home with its own entrance and private backyard. It's a short driving distance to other nearby hospitals, including Sutter General Hospital, Mercy General Hospital.
Guest access: Left Driveway and L steel fence leading to rear guesthouse's entrance . Self check in/out.
Outdoor space: Private backyard.
Shared Areas: Street parking, trash bin area, and front walkway leading to separate and private entryway.
