Nestled just minutes from Sherman Park Softball Fields and the Great Plains Zoo, this cozy retreat is the perfect base for families, couples, and travelers of all kinds. Individualized front door code to access home, ring camera located on front door only for security.

A great little place with lots of modern updates. The hosts were very helpful and it worked perfectly for us to stay while my son competed in sports events in the area.

The absolute best hosts! Very quiet neighborhood. Lovely home. The recliner chair and reclining sofa were perfect after our long drive. The zoo within a short walk was bonus. Thank you for a perfect stay!

We had a great time staying here with our dog. Host was very nice and responsive. We loved that the host left a welcome binder with local recommendations and very clear check out instructions. Good location. Very close to downtown but not too close and still in a quiet safe neighborhood. House was very clean upon arrival. Everything looked modern/updated. Bathroom was spacious-waterfall shower with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers was a nice bonus!

Great little house! Clean and remodeled with a super convenient and easy to find location. A family with a couple kids would be great but there is space for more if you need. Kitchen and bathroom were both new modern clean and convenient. I definitely hope to stay here again because of how easy the location is for all the events we come to Sioux Falls for. minutes from the interstate and the premier center.

Charming and Quiet

This house was perfect! Charming, super clean, and a quiet neighborhood. Great location too! Every where we drove to was within 15 mins and the host was quick to respond to questions! Five-star stay for sure!

The house was absolutely perfect and felt like home. The owners were super sweet and friendly and made sure we had what we needed. If need be and availability open, I will be staying here again and will definitely recommend! Thank you for making our stay stress free.

Great house with everything I needed. And it was really close to all of the softball and baseball fields for a tournament we were there for. We walked instead of having to deal with the parking over there. It was amazing.

We absolutely loved it here! Just a little house on a street, but it became our perfect little house for the couple of days that we were lucky enough to enjoy it. The hosts were super accommodating, kind and responsive (before, during and after our visit!) and obviously put a lot of thought into detailing their home to make their guests (both human and canine) feel as comfortable and at home as possible. Besides having the most comfortable bed we've slept in during our entire 3 week road trip, the house was also in an absolutely perfect location, close to the park, the zoo, downtown, and even the waterfalls. The home was spotlessly clean, spacious, and again, incredibly comfortable. We would come back here in a heart beat and would highly recommend others do too! Thank you!!
