The house was incredibly clean. The kitchen was stocked with any equipment you may need to cook dinner for a group. The host was an excellent communicator and extremely reliable. We will definitely be coming back!

INCREDIBLY CLEAN. We were in town for a family wedding. The kitchen was impeccably outfitted with everything we could possibly need. Excellent sitting areas on porches.

Great place and location

Open floor plan kitchen, dining and family room that leads to a great balcony and there’s balconies on every floor. Great for hanging out with family. Was completely stocked with everything we needed. Would recommend staying there.

Great location and accommodations. The only negative is SO MANY STAIRS! It should be noted in the listing. 51 stairs to get to kitchen/ great room location is a lot for impaired individuals.

I’m so sorry you didn’t see in the listing that we note there isn’t an elevator! It’s actually very common for kitchens and living rooms to be on the top floors of beach houses so that people can see the beach. But thank you for your otherwise nice review!

Excellent.

We stayed for 5 nights and were delighted with this house. Excellent presentation, lots of space and the rooms were decorated to the highest standard. The kitchen diner was amazing and had many nice add ons. The house is right next to the beach and in the middle of Kill Devil Hills with easy access to the local amenities. We highly recommend this as a high end family or multi-family location. Thanks to the hosts who were super easy to get along with and responded to our questions immediately.

Perfect Vacation Home

We couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by this brand new home which was sparkling clean. It made our stay very enjoyable. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. It made dining in a pleasure. The location is absolutely perfect! Just a short walk to the beach, we were able to enjoy the brach without any hassle. Additionally, the home is conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and local activities, ensuring that there was always something fun to do nearby. Overall, this vacation home exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a prime location!

Beautiful new condo! Outstanding ample room and parking. 5 minute walk and you are in the ocean! Worth the price and the drive, no.matter how far!
