This house was everything that was promised.Had really easy access to the beach and everything we needed was close by. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay! This house was perfect for our family with several couples. There was privacy when needed and enough room to entertain. The house was well stocked as we loved to cook. It was also very convenient to both the beach and shopping. We would definitely look for this house next time!

This house was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room, well stocked, beautifully decorated and very comfortable! The location was the best! Only a very short walk to the beach! Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Communication was great with the host as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean wonderful home. Had everything you need. Would perfer bedsheets and towels but it tells you ahead in the listing so this was no surprise its just something I would perfer included

Very cute and clean place! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad even with a five year old. The separation of the upper and lower floors was nice considering we traveled with 2 families.

Nice place

This is the second time we stayed here. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. My sisters and nieces come and we all enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful property for a family beach vacation. Property was immaculate, the most stocked rental property we have ever visited. Upstairs kitchen and both bathrooms were obviously recently upgraded. Full wrap around porch with a covered lit car port are great family relaxing places to gather. Walk to the beach is less than 5 mins away with a very popular family restaurant just across the quiet neighborhood street. We are had a GREAT TIME !

The apartment was very nice. Modern appliances, owner contacted us, to make sure everthing was ok.

The property was a great value for the price. Close walk or drive to the beach. Close to great restaurants, and attractions. Comfortable beds, having a washer and dryer was a plus also. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here for one week with my siblings and their children. The beds were soft and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was clean when we arrived. The beach access that was 5 minutes away was steps so we walked a little farther to one with a ramp but it still was manageable and we did it each day while pulling our beach gear and children on wagons. The restaurant next door was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this house was excellent ! Cleanliness , location , amenities . Susan was excellent with communication. Our family had a great first stay at OBX and will rent this house again in the future .

4 mens weekend out

My brother and his son and a friend try to get away 3 to 4 times a year. We enjoyed this place for its location to the beach and other things to do.

Father and Son Fishing trip

Trip was great. Only complaint was the truck running all day and night at the restaurant because their freezer was broken.

The pictures don’t do the house justice. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect. The outdoor areas to the indoor areas. We had an amazing family vacation.

Clean and Convenient

The property was very clean and looked to have many recent updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. It was also a convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, the beach and the docks for our fishing trip. Very satisfied.
