Thank you so much for your helpful comments. The photographs posted on VRBO accurately reflect this home. Our cleaning crew is responsible for replacing the propane tanks for the outside fire-pit. We have a back up propane tank in the garage, but if it runs out, please call us and our crew will replace the propane tank as we did for this guest. The fireplaces in the home are all gas fireplaces and are all turned on by a wall switch next to the fireplace. The TVs turn on with a TV remote. If there are any difficulties or questions, call either 719-648-6230 or 719-648-4867 and we will respond immediately. Our cleaning crew historically has maintained the property in an impeccable manner. If anything is ever overlooked, such as the white carpet throughout the home, then please call FDHA so we can address any issues right away. Thank you so very much for your very helpful comments.

Hello. Thank you so much for the positive review! We have 7 flat-screen TVs and DVDs in this home. We have Xfinity and a maintenance contract. I don’t understand how Xfinity momentarily failed us during your short stay, but all 7 of the flat-screen TVs work fine at this time.

FDHA received many 5-Diamond, immaculate reviews over the last several years regarding this particular property and its affordability. All reviews are helpful to us to improve or maintain guest expectations. -The property is conveniently located 2 miles east of I-25 & Interquest, and is situated close to many activities, attractions, events and restaurants. - Our guests enter through the front door by their assigned 4-digit alarm code. - Guests are asked to remove shoes, because the home has 70 oz white carpeting. The carpet is always clean and soft. If a guest finds a spot that our cleaning crew overlooked, we will send the crew back to address anything that was overlooked. - The garage is large enough to accommodate large vehicles such as a Cadillac Escalade, but not all SUVs. Driveway and street parking right in front of the home is free, convenient and also readily available. -FDHA does have pictures in the home as decorative items, but not family pictures. One bedroom has some stuffed animals, since children often like to play with some of the stuffed animals such as a teddy bear. - The exercise room is accessed through two large 4 foot X 8 foot tall doors, which are usually kept open. We did receive information that a few light bulbs burnt out in the exercise room, but FDHA replaced the bulbs an hour later. -The exercise room in the home does have a lot of exercise equipment. If a large workout facility is desired, YMCA is 5 minutes away and 3 visits there are free. Also nearby, within 10 minutes, is Lifetime Fitness with a spa and many outdoor pools. - This home has 5 spacious bedrooms with 2KS beds, 3 QS beds and 1 comfortable QS sleeper sofa. Three of the bedrooms have very spacious private bathrooms. Two bedrooms share one common spacious bathroom. - A chauffeur can be arranged by our Guest Services. - All guests receive an automated email or text message with the door code and directions, and we are not sure how this was overlooked. If you need this information, because it was not sent, please call FDHA. - This luxury of the home is accurately reflected in the 24 pictures. FDHA does have other more expensive nearby properties at VRBO 387145 and VRBO 408791. FDHA inspected the garage door, but we could find nothing wrong with the door. We believe an object was in line with the electric eye, which caused the door to automatically retract. -The guest said, "everything seemed clean." Thank you for your kind comments.
