Our home has been thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort and enjoyment. With three large HD TVs, all upgraded with cable, you can catch your favorite sports game or relax with a movie. Our entertainment haven also includes a pool table, foosball table, dartboard, and an array of board games, providing endless hours of fun for everyone.

We provide resort quality soap amenities in all of our bathrooms so you don't need to worry about bringing any from home! Each of the four bathrooms will include: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

Unwind and soak up the stunning views from our spacious patio, perfect for lounging around and enjoying quality time with your loved ones. Our cozy living room features a fireplace and a large couch, creating the ideal setting for family movie nights.


We understand the importance of high speed internet, so we've spared no expense in providing lightning fast download speeds averaging 731Mb/s and upload speeds of 42Mb/s. We've even added two dedicated desks, one in the basement and the other in our horse-themed room (with an external monitor) located on the main level, to cater to your working needs.

Our home is conveniently located just minutes away from I-25, restaurants, and shops, making it the perfect base for exploring all the attractions in the area, including the Garden of the Gods, U.S. Air Force Academy, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak, U.S.A. Family and I had an amazing time. House was beautiful very clean very well maintained kitchen was well supplied barbecue grill excellent condition we loved our time there we will be visiting again. Highly recommended centrally located plenty of stores and shops around.

Fantastic home! Great hosts! We can't wait to book our next stay.For a group of 15 people, this house has everything! Even a secret bunkroom the kids LOVED! We've booked countless STRs all over the US and Europe, and this one ranks among the best! The hosts have thought of everything, from kid's toys and family games to extra blankets and air conditioners in every room. The hosts contacted us to offer an early check in, and followed up to ensure we had everything we needed once there. The location was great with everything we needed within a few miles. And the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I went for an early morning run joined by a few deer against a gorgeous background. It was lovely! Overall, I can't say enough about this home. We loved it and I'm sure you will too. Grab it if you can. It's a real hidden gem!

This wonderful property was clean and super equipped and well organized. There was everything available for a perfect stay and then some. My grandson loved the secret room. The primary suite was amazing. I enjoyed the beautiful Colorado views while soaking in the tub and taking a shower. Kristen at the property management company was accommodating and every request was taken care of efficiently. I give this wonderful home my highest recommendation.

Wish I would’ve found this property for our 24 USAFA graduation. It was perfect. The house had everything we could’ve needed for hosting extended family. I do a lot of cooking and was very pleased with the kitchen. The seating both indoors and out was ample. The property manager was super helpful and kind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Perfect for families. We even found things we weren’t expecting that made our vacation even more relaxing. For example a baby fold out bed, infant sling etc. 100 percent recommended. Location is amazing close to all amenities, but an out of town country feeling. Great safe neighborhood.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with all kinds of dishes for a large group. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed. The pictures don’t do this home justice as it is nicer in person than it shows. Excellent location for us as well. Host was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this home if you need lots of space and bedrooms.

I coordinate women's retreats and have rented several of these large homes. This was maybe the best experience yet so we plan to be back!Any minor inconveniences were heard and feedback was appreciated. The only thing that can't be changed is a pretty small kitchen for the size of the home but it worked fine. Just be advised.

Colorado Springs visit

There were 13 with us that stayed in this house. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids enjoyed the pool table and the bunk room. Great location as well.

Great place to make family memories!

Comfortable, well-equipped, nicely furnished and decorated multi-level home for a large group. Great spaces for families to hang out, eat, play games, etc. Responsive, friendly, kind host and property manager. Highly recommend!

Nice Large Home & Great Location

We enjoyed this home during our family reunion and birthday celebration. The home is spacious and contains lots of toys for children and items needed when away from your home. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a large family vacation. The games and toys were an added plus for the kids and adults. The little ones loved the bunk bed room. The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions.

Wi-Fi struggled. Best for families with younger children for the bedrooms. But we made it work!

Colorado Springs ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Great people, great weather, numerous tourist and outdoor activities (and for me) somewhat off the grid, but retaining the comforts & conveniences from home such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Chipotle and Costco.

The house has a very spacious layout with tons of natural light and high vaulted ceilings in the living room with massive windows. You can easily fit multiple families in this home without feeling crammed.

The city itself has a great downtown with many local restaurants and pubs.
