This 3-bedroom 2-bath new and nice house is perfect for escaping to the Santa Fe River. Enjoy the sounds of the river flowing by birds, and crickets. This wonderful property can comfortably accommodate you and your guests with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the convenience of Starlink internet, a washing machine, and a dryer. Fully equipped kitchen to enjoy cooking during your stay. Outdoor gas grill on the porch. Smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and one other room. The master bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The other bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Full in-house water filtration system. The house is elevated from the ground and can be accessed by a set of stairs. It's important to hold onto the railing when ascending or descending the stairs for safety. Private access to all the TREPO parks, boat ramps, and tubing locations. Only 0.7 mi from the private boat ramp 2322 SW Santa Fe Dr. Fort White, FL. 32038. 1.7 mi to Hodor Park to float down the Ichetucknee. 3-night minimum per booking. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend stay for our anniversary. You can watch the fish right off their brand new dock. We brought our paddleboards to paddle on the Santa Fe River from the house and then rented kayaks on the beautiful Ichetucknee River the next day. Our stay was very peaceful and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful home on the river

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Sante Fe River House! It was clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. I think our kids were most excited that they each had their own room! ;) The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, which is important to us, since we prefer to cook most of our meals at home. The river was flooded while we were there, so we didn't get to use the dock, but we enjoyed the scenery and the close proximity to Ichetucknee Springs State Park. Would highly recommend this rental!

It had everything we needed and I really appreciated that everything was labeled so it was easy to know what each switch controlled and what was in each drawer and cupboard.

This beautiful home has everything needed for a “just like home” stay. Porch sitting up on the top deck or down by the river provides a relaxing front row seat to wild life and the sounds of nature as we enjoyed morning coffee or evening dessert. The dock/platform was a sweet way to soak up the sun after a day of floating down the nearby Itchnetucknee. We are planning a return visit before summer ends.
