Rustic Luxury with hot tub and spa room! Large 4 bedroom 2 bath, Sleeps 12!

The Moose Times Lodge invites you to stay in our spacious and charming 2000 sq ft apartment in the quiet woods of South Anchorage. The Big Bear Den boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a luxury bath spa with heated 2-person tub & walk in shower. Beautiful large covered deck with all seasons hot tub room! Hot tub is shared with the upstairs apartment if they make a reservation, however, you get priority access 24 hours per day. By using the pull out couches we can comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests! Great for large families and school or business groups. We are in beautiful alpine forest setting of South Anchorage close to parks, hiking, ski trails, golf, and the Zoo. Please note this is a lower level apartment. Even with sound proofing between floors, you WILL hear some foot traffic from guests above. Persons sensitive to noise, please be advised.

Awesome host! Quick response and worked to make our stay enjoyable! Place is well kept, well stocked, Location is great nice and quiet but a quick run to down town or nearby sights. We had 13 people and even the pull out couches were very comfortable!

We liked this place and would definitely recommend it! There’s lots of parking, a nice hot tub, and plenty of space. It’s also very quiet! The host was thorough and nice!

It was a very pleasant stay. The place was clean and the host was very responsive. We especially appreciated all the amenities that were available such as shampoo, soap, blow dryers, meds and numerous other items that we didn't use! We would definitely come again.

Our stay was perfect. The location allowed us to enjoy the scenery, local shops, restaurants, & near the airport. Many supplies & amenities were provided so we had everything we needed. It had a great porch to relax on and the hot tub was very nice - unfortunately our stay was short so we didn’t have a chance to try it out, There is a unit above so it was a little loud at times, but didn’t last long. We wish we could have stayed longer a& definitely would book this again if we have an opportunity in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for our group. The amenities were great, especially the hot tub and spa room. The host was very responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Wonderful property. The unit is very spacious and accommodated 10 easily. All kitchen and bath cabinets were well stocked. We loved the campfire and we spent a lot of time outdoors. Tony was very responsive to our texts and requests. Our only wish is that we spent a few more days there. 100% would do it again! Thank you!!!

Our group of 10 was quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the staples, plus quite a bit extra too which is always nice when traveling. Likewise the bathrooms had plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls, feminine products etc. The stay felt very homey overall! The hot tub was great and much larger than expected! And of course the whole place was immaculate.

Absolutely beautiful unit. Really comfortable for our group traveling. Any issues were handled quickly. We Really enjoyed our stay.Unit felt very private and the hot tub was great (would recommend updating the ad though, the hot tub was not private to our rental, though the description said it was during winter months).

South Anchorage is close to every thing but the noise. Easy access to airport, shopping and downtown, but quiet enough that the moose and even the occational bear feel safe in the front yard. The lodge is located on a quiet, private street with kind, respectful neighbors.

The Moose Times Lodge hosts three individual apartments that can be rented separately, or as a group, depending on availability. We travel quite a bit ourselves and have implemented all the little things that we look for on our travel. Our hope is that the lodge feels like your home away from home.
