Lake Austin Duplex, across the Street from Lake Austin, Hula Hut, Mozart's Coffee House, & Walsh Boat Landing. This is a fully remodeled home down to the studs. It is a full time Vacation rental since 2013 with no personal items in the place. This is not somebody's home the owner leaves and you check in. It is in the heart of Tarrytown probably the nicest and safest neighborhood in town. This rental Is on the #18 every 15 minute bus route to downtown, the capital and UT. This is a pet friendly place and is professionally cleaned & sanitized between guests.

Please note that there may or may not be one or two Airstreams in the backyard. These are the owners personal Airstreams that he stores there. These are not for rent for short or long term rental. Keywords: House, Great Location

The proximity to Lake Austin and the restaurants can’t be beat! Lyle was a very nice host. The king bed is super comfortable and the dogs being in a safe back yard was fantastic. Great deal and great stay!

Cute little house near lake Austin.

We had a great time staying here. Prime location, just a walk away from lake Austin. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Will defiantly stay here again! The house is very clean and has all the things you need!

Great location and owner

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. The owner made sure we had every utensil and even offered his grill so that we could enjoy the perfect holiday feast with our family. The location is fantastic and we were able to enjoy the light show at Mozart's just across the street. It was a wonderful stay!!

Nice weekend getaway

Great location

We love Tarrytown, and this is about as good as it gets in Tarrytown. The inside was clean and functional, but the outside was a little dumpy. Other than, it was a great stay.

I am an RN who is self employed in Medical Sales for 20 years. I enjoy boating on Lake Austin, the Austin Music Scene, Restaurants and the neighborhood. I come from a great large family and have lots of friends.

I went to a party at this house when I moved to Austin from North Dakota in 1983. I really enjoyed the location. It came up for rent in 1997 and and I rented it. It then came up for sale in 2000 and ithen purchased it. It is a great place and I decided to make it a vacation rental, so many more people get to enjoy this cool place.
