Each level includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms overall. The bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations and are conveniently located for shared use on each floor.

Guests will appreciate both interior and exterior stair access between levels, making movement throughout the home easy and efficient.

• Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
• Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
• Please no pets or smoking or parking on the grass, there is an irrigation system (thank you)
