1st time to AMI and could not have asked for better accommodations! Super clean-everything you needed was there. Easy check in and the views were phenomenal.The pictures are exactly as shown and the host Mike is super quick to respond to anything. You can walk everywhere! Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and plenty of towels provided. Only wish i could have stayed longer.

Our group of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The place was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Perfect ocean views and the location is great. Mike was excellent with communication, check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We recommend this place to anyone visiting Anna Maria/Bradenton!

My sister and I have stayed in Villa A for the last 4 years or so for a week. We love the proximity to the best part of Bradenton Beach, proximity to restaurants and shops. Villa A has a wonderful front porch to enjoy the mornings and evenings. Mike is a wonderful host and always timely responds to any questions.

Perfect location with amazing gulf views. I came down with my daughter for a grad party and we couldn't have asked for a better location or host! I was concerned this weekend (Memorial Day) was going to be chaos on the island but the beach wasn't overly crowded and we were able to get reservations at many of the local "hot spots." We will definitely be visiting again!

If you want a great location that is accessible to everything, this is your place! My best friend and I just took a girls trip and stayed at Salty Living. We were impressed on how clean it was and it truly had everything we needed. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the ocean. The beds were comfortable and clean and we both had our own bathroom and shower to use. Checking in and checking out was an easy process. The owner Mike did a great job communicating and answered any of our questions. You will also have everything you need when going to the beach. The condo could use a modern update, but to be honest...this is the cleanest VRBO and the best location ever! My best friend and I would definitely stay here again!

Great view....close to the beach. The villa was extremely clean.Mike answered all my questions and helped us find a golf cart rental. Would definitely stay again.

Captain Mike’s place has everything: great location, super clean and tons of extras. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is well equipped. We return year after year! Great view of the gulf!

Had a great stay! It was 2 couples and everyone enjoyed themselves. We walked to some of the restaurants and even did some shopping. One day was spent just sitting on the porch and watching the cars go by and the beach views. Note that the weekends get pretty busy and traffic is right in front of you. But didn’t bother us. Would stay here again!

Great place

Second time staying here, we love it, nice place, close to many shops and restaurants. Just walk across the street to the beautiful, uncrowded beach.
