Get ready to relax in this completely renovated 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment "St Maarten" in Bradenton Beach. This quaint property is part of 4 units 2 shared pools and features 2 king beds, a cozy living room with an additional queen bed, and 2 bathrooms. Guests can enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just 2 blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go. With a pool located out back and only a 5 minute walk to the beach experience what Bradenton Beach has to offer with a stay at our apartment.

Great location! Quick walk to beach and centrally located in the island so it was easy to get anywhere. The owner was very accessible and accommodating! I would stay here again for sure!!

Nice quiet spot

My husband and I along with our four kids enjoyed this property. It was very clean, host was extremely responsive and it worked perfectly for our quick trip to AMI.

We enjoyed the stay! Comfortable beds, beach gear, pool was directly adjacent to the apartment. You could see pool to keep eyes on kiddos swimming from kitchen, but could also hear the noise from pool with one of the bedrooms facing pool area. It was a short walk to beach and had water hose out front to rinse sand. We got there a little before check in and had no issues getting inside. Location perfect.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and the layout was awesome. We had a family of five and everyone had plenty of room. The beds are very comfy and my teenagers really enjoyed the pool and the location. It was in walking distance to the beach and the bay. I’m met the owner and he was very nice. We didn’t have any issues at all with our stay. We will stay again next year if the property is open on the dates we need.

Condition and cleanliness of the property were excellent. Location was great. Owner communication was clear and prompt.There was some confusion about pool access from the listing. Instead of four units sharing two pools, signage on the property showed three units share one pool and the second pool is not shared.Overall, we greatly enjoyed the property and location.

Beautiful two bedroom condo with a pool. Very clean. Had all the essentials you need in the kitchen. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach took 5 min. to walk there. We will definately be back.

No complaints!

Absolutely seamless vacation thanks to Stephan! The unit was spotless upon arrival. You are literal steps from a great beach spot that isn’t over crowded. The pool is just the right size to cool off and kids can play. We rented a golf cart but with this location it’s not really necessary! 100% we will be back!
