Get ready to relax in this completely renovated 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment "St Barth" in Bradenton Beach. This quaint property is part of 4 units 2 shared heated pools and features 2 king beds, a cozy living room with an additional queen bed pull-out, and 2 bathrooms. "St. Barth" comes with a beach cart, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and 6 beach towels for the short walk to the Anna Maria Island beach access. You will enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our location is within walking distance to plenty of amazing local restaurants and attractions with a free trolly stop just 2 blocks away to get you anywhere you need to go. If you are looking to add more family/friends this is a private compound offering 4 total units with additional pool - look for VRBO "St. Maarten" or VRBO "St. John", inquire for a family/friends rate on multiple units. Perfect location, literally two blocks from the beach, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our three-day stay. Communication with the host was very easy; he responded very quickly. I would return without hesitation.

Great property!

We had a lot of fun at this property. It’s a few steps from the beach and has an amazing pool. The property is new and well maintained and Stephen made sure that we had everything we needed.

Our stay here was great! This unit had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean. We also loved the private pool! Located just a couple blocks from the beach with beach access close also. The owner was very nice and very helpful!

The perfect beach house.

Wow wow wow! We absolutely love this house and with the private pool. Thank you Stephan for treating us like VIP, seriously the best we have ever been taking care of. We travel a lot to Anna Maria island and this is now our new favorite place. Perfect location and house has everything needed. Thank you! We will see you again soon!

Relaxing @ Beautiful AMI.

Great accomodations. Very cozy and comfortable. Very nice duplex unit perfect for me and my significant other. The location is ideal for access to beaches, restaurants, and recreational activities. I really appreciated the great communication I had with the property owner / manager Stephan. I also have to say it was one of the better vacations we have ever had. Beautiful Anna Maria Island is one of my favorite places to visit. We look forward to going back in the near future.
