Great home with gorgeous sundecks and easy beach, pool, and tennis access

Renovated home in the quiet Beachside area with lots of personal touches. The home is full of colorful accents creating an upbeat coastal atmosphere. Make the most of the sunny island days and take the short walk to the pool, beach, tennis courts, and shopping. If you decide to enjoy the outdoors from home you can hang out on the sundeck and cook up a meal on the charcoal grill. The kitchen has all new Jenn Air kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. There are 2 TVs, one in living room and one in master bedroom. YouTube TV is provided for cable service on these tvs as well as apps for your favorite streaming channels you can login to while you are here. Wi-Fi included. Outdoor enclosed shower. No pets. No smoking.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Perfect Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time to SC but first time staying in IOP. This location was awesome. The house has plenty of room for our family of three and could have easily fit another family. The location was truly awesome and perfect for families. A one minute walk to the pool and 3-5 minutes to the beach. The beach path is not far from the IOP beach park amenities. Additionally, this location was between 10-20 minutes from all of our favorite places and very close to grocery, etc. The basic necessities are at the home but there will be some items you need to buy. I did not find this out of the ordinary from other rentals we have stayed at.

Excellent vacation rental

No complaints from our stay here. The space was even bigger than we had imagined. Close to great amenities and a short walk or drive to shops and grocery stores.

Family Beach Trip

This house was great for our family! We had 3 adults and 2 small children that stayed. It was spacious and with everything you needed in the kitchen to cook at home! The kids had a blast at the pool and the beach was a close easy walk!

The location in relation to the beach is amazing, including a semi-private access path. It was nice to be able to walk to the Harris Teeter across the street for any needed groceries and/or amenities. The pool was very nice, and we used it a lot. Be prepared to buy basically everything for daily life, as the house has none of it - paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. Each rental is different, so just a good thing to know going in. There's a nice outdoor shower downstairs, which was great when coming home sandy from the beach. Our family of 5 fit easily. Highly recommended, and hope to be back soon!

We had to come in for a funeral so no planning before hand. It was a central location for my sisters and I to get to the church, airport, Charleston, and local restaurants. Enough room to gather with other family members. Thanks to Island Realty for making that trip easy!

Pool was basically one house away. House was very nice, updated and spacious, accommodated 6 of us easily. Island Reality was efficient to work with. Only suggestions I would make are include some garbage bags in unit or remind renter to bring some with them and update to softer mattresses & pillows in rental (They weren’t terrible for a weeks stay, but definitely not the most comfortable.)

Love the IOP

It is furnished in a manner more as if it were owner-occupied than a rental.My only concern was the front steps. All of the steps appear identical. This combined with the very short step at the bottom result in a tripping hazard. Considering that, they are more attractive and safer than rotted wood with popped nails that we have experienced at some other properties. This could be easily improved by adding a tread of a different color to the short bottom step.
