Enjoy the cozy atmosphere of this condo from the living room or take in the fresh coastal breeze from the private balcony. Stay close to home with access to a sparkling on-site pool and a private fishing pier for a relaxing retreat. Located across the street from County Park, which includes a playground, outdoor showers, lunch tables and access path to the beach with daytime beach lifeguard during summer season!

Fall Wedding Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family was down in Charleston for a wedding. The rental at Oceanside C 109 was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, was very well stocked - very happy with the rental. Master bedroom bureau needs to be updated or at least drawers fixed so they don't fall out. Both bathroom fans were not working which in a small place needs to be working. But overall enjoyed our stay at Isle of Palm and at Oceanside C109

Great spot

We had a great time here. A quick walk to some bars and restaurants, and being able to use the amenities of the resort across the street was perfect! Private beach access was very convenient, and fishing pier was a fun touch. The coin laundry being right next to the beach was not enticing, as that’s a lot of walking back and forth for laundry, but otherwise safe quiet neighborhood, clean property, everything as listed. Super easy check in and check out. Very responsive hosting with Island Realty. Hurricane Helene passed through while we were there and they were very informative giving emergency contacts and support throughout. I was very impressed by the service. Defined wouldn’t try to squeeze 6 people. Four would have been perfect. Adding more with the pullout couch would have made it VERY crowded.

Weather was great. We needed to use the fans provided as there were none on the ceilings in the bedrooms. The balcony is right on the busy street. Quiet at night with the noise ordinance.

Always Great!!

We love the beach and pier access just steps away and all the great places on the island are less than a block away. I promise you, you will have the time of your life! Private Review:We love C-109, both toilets need to be rebuilt, both are leaking and wasting water. also need a in-kitchen bug lamp for the small flying nats, they were terrible. I almost went over to HT and just bought one. See ya in a few months.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice condo over all, there was a few minor things that was not in working order. The only real complaint I have is there is only 1 parking pass. You pay a lot of money to stay here for a week and we have 2 vehicles. They expect you to pay to park in the other lot. I do not think this is far what so ever! Also The Hurricane run us out we only was able to enjoy 1 day at the beach. No fault of ocean realty! I will come back, but strongly suggest allowing 2 parking passes per room again.

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s a nice location, easy access to beach and pier. But as far as cooking in the kitchen for the 2 of us was a major problem. Only one usable fry pan in good condition to cook with and it’s only 6 inch the others need to be trashed. Only one small sauce pot in good condition the other one needs to be trashed. There was no steamer pot for us to cook crabs in , and no mallets. It was terrible trying to cook. You can not cook properly with the cookware in this kitchen even for just two people, very disappointed considering what we paid to rent this condo. If the owners would go out and buy all new cookware , so you could actually cook properly I would rent this unit again.

Island realty is always great!

The folks at Island realty are the only people we would ever deal with, they are the original IOP realtor and they know how to make you feel like your family. Oceanside Villas is perfect for us, we love to walk to Lawrence’s and Coconut Joes for drinks and appetizers before hitting up Windjammers for music and dancing. Love hearing Chris Tidestorm at Coconut Joes, he alway puts on a good show. We love IOP!

A cozy condo in an area with a great vibe

It was fun sitting on the porch viewing all the activity on the island. We would definitely stay here again. A couple of things I would like to suggest to add are a blow dryer, a wine opener and a fly swatter.... these items would have been nice to have. Isle of Palms has a great vibe for any age.

Our Happy Place

It's a breeze to check in and the office makes sure you have all the phone numbers should a need arise that you need to contact them throughout the week. My family, which has grown from 8 coming in 1981 to now over 30, have been very loyal and supportive to Island Realty for 40 years...only missing the summers of Hurrican Hugo and Andrew. We love IOP & Island Realty.

Well oiled machine

Island realty is a smooth operation, check in, communication and checkout we’re so easy. Wife left her watch, we sent a text and it was at our house in two days. Highly recommend this company

Unit 109

The room needs new mattresses and pillows. The pillows were flat and stained really bad and the beds were a little uncomfortable. The dishwasher didn’t clean very well. We had to rewash almost everything by hand and the floor was dirty. There wasn’t a lot of choices for cookware, but we made due. The staff was friendly and the location was really great. The room layout was good too. I would tell someone overall this unit is okay if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room (eating out a lot and going out at night) just bring your favorite pillow and some house shoes with you. For families that plan on cooking a lot and staying in most evenings I don’t think I’d pick this particular unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very surprised that we could see the ocean from the balcony. However, when sitting in the balcony chairs we only saw the railing. I suggest taller chairs to see over the balcony railing. Easy walk across the street to get to the beach. Quiet at night but busy corner during the day. This makes good people watching. Kitchen was adequate but limited SHARP knives and tops to pots. Upon arrival, I felt the unit was clean but after a day I discovered the ceiling fan and furnace vented door were filthy and then there was a large bug.

Tired and dirty

Location of this property is wonderful but the unit stunk, one piece of furniture had a strong BO smell, the beds weren’t comfortable and the place was dirty. In addition dishes/supplies seem to have been purchased at goodwill with little matching, one spoon looked like it was run through the disposal and almost cut my mouth. If none of that matters, being across the street from the beach is nice

Great getaway, close to the beach!!!

The management company went above and beyond for service, I mainly did everything on line as my ability to be on the phone during the days are limited. Absolutely, no problems. We checked in on a holiday(which means the office should have been closed) they still called to check in on us and make sure everything was ok.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to reservation I called with a few questions and the staff was very professional and helpful. Check in staff was average. Good location on first floor with easy access to the pier and beach just around the corner and right across the street. Good balcony. Some street noise at night but no problem for us. Property as described but could use some upgrades. A/C failed at 9PM one night and the phone number for service resulted in a confusing process. Never knew for certain if I was talking to Island Realty, an answering service or call center. Finally got a call back from a repair service and a tech repaired the A/C at 11PM. Excellent repair service and the friendly tech made sure we were ok. Island Realty called at midnight to insure the A/C was working.
