3BR 3BA Town Home Sleeps 7

Enjoy all Folly has to offer without needing a car! Follitude is in one of the best locations on Folly Beach at Water's Edge, which is an easy and short stroll to down town shops, restaurants, and the beach (it's 4 blocks to the beach) - but tucked away on a quiet street of colorful Charlestonian-style homes.

We are on the river side so you'll enjoy amazing views of the Folly River and marsh from the screened-in porch (outfitted with sofa, chairs, coffee table, and ottoman) and from the second-floor master balcony (outfitted with chaise lounger, chairs and side table.

The home sleeps 7 comfortably. Queen bedroom in first floor bedroom with full bath. On second floor, there is a queen bedroom with ensuite bath on one end of the hall and a large bedroom with king bed on the opposite end of hall. There is a single roll away bed to be used wherever you need. Upscale king bathroom boasts stunning glass tile in the extra large shower and separate soaking tub. Plenty of privacy!

Family friendly for babies: pack and play, booster seat, radio flyer, many sand toys provided.

Kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal - plenty of dishware, pots/pans, utensils, baking trays, casserole dishes, and a large chef's kitchen sink.

50-inch LED Smart Samsung TV with HD in living area; flat-screen TVs in king and in queen bedrooms.

Brand-new LG washer and dryer and ironing board/iron is in laundry area on second floor.

Wonderful and relaxing stay, gorgeous property, excellent location

We loved everything! The property is even better than the pictures. Well appointed, furnished and with awesome marsh views. You are minutes from downtown and the beach. There's plenty of restaurants nearby or you can cook in the house.We lived in SC for the last 30 years yet we never stayed at Folly...what a gem! Loved the easy going small town vibes and the family friendly, squeaky clean beach. Once you get over the Charleston traffic you're literally on a little paradise island :-)Parking is at a premium however we only had 2 cars so no issues for us.Really enjoyed biking on the beach and through town.We'll definitely stay again!

Charleston Thanksgiving

Love Folly and loved the location of the property Could have had nicer amenities(towels old and tiny). The owners were FABULOUS on their communication and allowing us to check in early after a long drive from Ohio. Would definitely stay again, could just use a refresh.

Wonderful Staycation

My family came into town for a wedding and we decided to get this rental for four nights. Wonderful location with a five minute walk to the downtown Folly stretch of restaurants and less than ten minute walk to the beach. Spacious layout, clean, and great communication with the hosts. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful

Everything was great. The condo was very clean, beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. This is our third trip to Folly Beach but first time we have stayed here and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice, and the listing was accurate. It was a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Charleston for sight seeing. Like the other positive reviews, I would definitely recommend this place.

Great Property with Awesome Location!

We rented for a girl’s weekend where we wanted to be by the water and still explore Charleston and it was perfect! The house was great, clean and beautiful. The layout was perfect so we each had our own rooms and the porches were great to enjoy the view! It was located about 25 min from the tourist areas of Charleston which was perfect. It was also so close to Folly Beach and all the shops and restaurants in town we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! We walked the beach each morning and grabbed coffee and walked back into town every night for dinner. Would definitely come back!

Great family stay-cation

We spent the weekend at Folly with my parents (visiting from MA) and our children and this townhouse was perfect! Beautiful view of the marsh, plenty of space and so convenient to the beach. Children specific amenities (wagon, pack n play, beach toys, etc.) were a huge perk!

Perfect Folly stay

Great property with a great location. As advertised, the property is in excellent condition and very comfortable. Easy walk to beach and downtown. Highly recommend if you are staying in Folly Beach. The owners communicate very well and were very friendly.

Great Place & Great time!

The house was great - great location & great quiet neighborhood! The house has everything you will need to be comfortable & to enjoy Folly beach. You can walk to all of Folly's attractions. We had a great time & look forward to coming back.

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at Folly Beach! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable for our family. We loved sitting out on the patio and enjoying the view. We also loved that we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
