Loved it!!! This is a great place to stay. A short walk to the beach and shopping. The area is very quiet. The house had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable!

We traveled to Sean and Shannon’s place with 3 adults, a 2 year old and 4 month old. Their place was amazing and made traveling as a family much easier. Walking distance to anything on the main center of Folly beach. Pool was close and great to use with our kids. The only caution is the garage is very tight to pull into, we had a mini van and barely fit so plan ahead if you have a large vehicle and need the separate parking pass. Overall wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect accommodations for a Folly Beach getaway. We had plenty of space and the condo has everything we needed. We walked to beach and biked to explore other areas. Charleston is a quick 25 min drive. The hosts were responsive and made everything easy.

House was clean, quick replies from property manager, screened in porch was great, beds were comfortable, neighborhood is very quiet and the association is strict on parking. Walked to most restaurants/shops and bars. Love The Lost Dog for breakfast!! Love Folly! We’ll be back!

Perfect fit for our two couples. It had everything we needed and more. Lots of room, screened in porch, bikes to use, and a great location to walk to the beach, restaurants, or an after dinner drink. So many food options, we didn't hit them all on our week long stay. A favorite of ours was to walk to the docks and watch the sunset.While being close to the action on Folly Beach, it was very quiet.

This property is one of the best I have encountered on VRBO. It was clean and located close to the beach and shops. Shops are essentially beach and tourist items. Easy drive to Charleston. The host provided many items to make a beach stay fun and more enjoyable such as beach chairs and bicycles.The kitchen was well stocked although it could use a few more wine glasses. For a place that can accommodate at least 6 people a two slice toaster is a bit small and inconvenient. Otherwise this is a great location and property. 10 out of 10.

Perfect for our long weekend family get away!! We loved it. We walked to restaurants, shops and to the beach!! Beautiful sunset from the dock with Pelicans keeping an eye on us.The townhouse has plenty of room on each level. Well equipped kitchen with top end appliances and everything needed if you wanted to cook. Looking forward to come back next year.

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice, and the listing was accurate. It was a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to Charleston for sight seeing. Like the other positive reviews, I would definitely recommend this place.
