The house was a great location - the communication is not with the owner; it's a company that manages several properties. Air didn't work whole time we were there - the comprise is an 80. refund, I am sure it will be refunded soon. The lady that handled this situation was very nice -

Perfect location

Family time made easy - perfect location to beach and restaurants on IOP. Quiet and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Unfortunately we had rain so we did not get to use the pool or the beach. We did walk out to pier and check it out. House was great. Very pretty. Comfortable. Liked the balcony and seating. Close to shops and dining, and easy drive to Sullivan’s Islsnd.

Be prepared to bring everything. I’d pack toilet paper and tissue. You won’t be able to get in and management company doesn’t answer phone. Condo itself is comfortable. Across from beautiful front beach. The Casado team is not a team but they want a 5 star review. I can’t believe they are asking me for a review. You probably won’t see it

Excellent property

We had a fabulous time at this condo. It is the perfect location, only steps to the beach and a few restaurants. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated!

The condo was easy to find and met all our expectations. Very clean and had all the necessities to get us started. The communication with the host was excellent. Beds were great but bring your own pillows.The pillows weren’t great.The pool was colder but we still got in and swam. I’m guessing as it gets later in spring it will warm up.Overall good experience.

What a great condo and location!

212C is beautifully decorated, clean and located close to the beach and near the town center. We had an issue with the main television while we were there and the Vacasa management replaced it in less than an hour! This was our second stay here and we’ll be back!

Perfect for a family

Great location and wonderfully decorated unit. Easy access to the beach and park making it fun for the kids. Super clean and updated interior. Great value for the size of the unit.

Perfect Spot

This unit is in an older complex, but it has been renovated nicely. It had everything we needed in a prime location. So glad we chose to stay here.

Exactly what we needed!

The condo had everything we needed! It is centrally located, so beach, restaurants and stores are an easy walk. The immediate views are not fantastic, but the beach is a block away! Everything inside was comfortable and thoughtful. Will book again!

Spring Break 2024

The property was as described in the narrative and pictured in the photographs. I'd say more beach equipment could be included as an amenity with the property being so close to the beach.

Had a wonderful time staying in this condo! VERY clean and super close to the beach.

This condo was great for our family of four. Super close to the beach and had a great little pool my kids loved to swim in too. It was a very clean and nice condo with updated kitchen and baths. Beds were very comfy too! The only thing I would recommend is if you are going to stay here bring your own bath towels. They one give you one per person and they are tiny. Other than that it was perfect! would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay at the IOP.
