Located in the quiet community of Cotton Creek, this thoughtfully appointed cottage is only a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the heart of downtown Black Mountain!
About the Home
• Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, drip-style coffee pot, dining for 6, and breakfast bar seating for 2.
• Light and bright living room with a gas log fireplace and SmartTV for streaming.
• Covered back deck with seating.
• Fenced side yard with gas grill and swing.
• The Black Mountain Greenway (Flat Creek Trail) can be accessed directly across from Cotton Creek Cottage. It is a flat, paved, 0.5-mile walking trail from Cotton Avenue to Black Mountain Primary School. It runs along Flat Creek and through the side of a residential community.
Where to Unwind
• The main floor primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination.
• The upper level offers two bedrooms, one with two twin-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. A full bathroom, with a bathtub and shower combination, can be accessed from the hallway.
