Review of 240 C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have experience with many Sea Cabins as our family vacations at the IOP often. 240 C is one of the best units I have stayed in. Recent renovations and updates were professionally done and maximize use of limited space. We will stay in 240 C again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and view was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Also, the bathroom shower faucet was installed incorrectly and you could only get various degrees of hot water or cold water. If these problems were corrected I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect for our IOP trip

Cute Place

Very clean, cute little place. Accurately described. Great location to walk to shops and the beach. The complex itself is in need of some renovations and the public beach access is right next to the complex so the beach there does get very crowded. Our place was perfect for a 4 night stay but we definitely couldn't stay longer with the size. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We've always found it neat and clean, but especially so this year. It's quiet, comfortable and welcoming. A hood experience.
