This newly renovated condo seamlessly blends modern sophistication with comfort. *PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Wonderful Stay

Reviewer Comments: Great location, beach and pool access, the only negative we experienced was the carpet had a bit of an odor to it, Im sure just from the moisture and people being wet on the carpet, but other than that it was great!

Very Nice Condo

Quick trip

Came down to the beach for a quick getaway. Perfect place for that. Convenient to a lot of places. Simple check in and enjoyed the stay.

Such a great little rental!

We had a great time staying at Sea Cabins! Everything we needed (me, my husband and our sons - 6 and 9). The boys loved the bunk beds! Clean, affordable and steps from the beach and everything IOP has to offer! Will definitely be back!

Cute Place

Very clean, cute little place. Accurately described. Great location to walk to shops and the beach. The complex itself is in need of some renovations and the public beach access is right next to the complex so the beach there does get very crowded. Our place was perfect for a 4 night stay but we definitely couldn't stay longer with the size. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall a good stay in Folly

This property was clean and highly convenient. The one real issue is the beds in this unit need replacing. Do not plan on sleeping on the pullout couch. Outside of sleeping issues, very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect location! I loved being right on the beach. The condo was cozy and clean. Beach access, parking, pier access! Wonderful amenities. The only issue was noise. Walls are thin and there was work being done in the unit above. Thankfully, no noise issues at bedtime!

When we first arrived and opened the door we smelled what we thought was mold, but that quickly dissipated and we never smelled it again. The unit was definitely clean and well-furnished. And the location is fantastic, with wonderful views of the beach and sunrises. We'll definitely come again!

Recent renovations and updates were professionally done and maximize use of limited space. We will stay in 240 C again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Realty was great to work with. The condo was partially renovated. The living room/kitchen area was nice. The bathroom is in need of major repair. The paint is peeling, walls are cracked, the door knob is unusable from the bedroom side, the toliet squeals, the floor is coming up and the shower head can't be moved without messing the wall up further. I most likely would not return to this particular cabin but I would rent with Island Realty and I would try another sea cabin.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older property, but clean. Had problems with door, was locked out for 1-1/2 to 2 hours waiting for someone to let us in, ice maker wasn’t working, no WiFi for a couple of days and it took multiple calls to get towels. Not an ideal situation for time away. Not somewhere I would recommend without caveats. The location is great. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. I was not impressed with the condo or Island Realty. I’ve used Island Realty in the past, but this is the first time I’ve actually needed any problems resolved.

Decent spot

Thankfully the online listing specified unit size/sq feet so we were prepared for tight quarters. It was sufficient for our family of 4, not preferred, but sufficient. Unit was very clean outside of a giant bug in the tub one morning - but it is a beach area, these things happen. Kitchen was well-equipped, so breakfast in every day was great. Easy access to the beach, but the access code changed during our stay and we weren’t informed. Pool was nice, but a little foamy collection of grime in one corner to be avoided. Perfect easy access off IOP connection, short drive to grocery and many restaurants with a few restaurants in walking distance. The mattresses on the bunk beds are SUPER thin and uncomfortable. Only given 1 set of sheets we used on the pull-out couch, so didn’t have sheets for the bunks. The biggest drawback was the thermostat restriction of 72 degrees. Much too warm for comfortable sleeping. Overall it’s a nice place, but a few little changes could make some big improvements!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this Sea Cabin over Memorial Day weekend. It was ok, but I was a bit disappointed overall. We rent Sea Cabins at least 2 times per year, but had not stayed in this one before. The pictures make it look nice, but the furniture is very worn out and uncomfortable, the drapes on the sliding glass door do not close, therefore sleeping on the pull out couch is almost impossible unless you want to be up at 4:30 every morning. The toaster only toasts one side of bread at a time, the cabinets were chipping and peeling. Compared to the other "deluxe" units we have stayed in, I would not put this one in the same category. The staff was great, the property in general was great as usual, but I would not recommend this particular unit to friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an amazing vacation. This home had everything I needed & more!! On arrival is was very clean. The location & view was perfect. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony each day. This particular unit gets the morning sun & that is a good thing. Everything I could need was provided. I slept like a baby. I found the bed to be very comfy. My only complaints would be the mattress on the couch & the curtains for the sliding doors. The curtains do not cover the door. This is an issue at night & early in the morn, especially if someone is sleeping in the pull out sofa. Those are easy fixes that would make a difference. Overall it was great & I would definitely stay here again. Island Realty was great to work with & took care of everything for us. They took care of chair & umbrella rental for the week. That was great. They were set up & taken down each day & I will use that on all future trips!! The pool & pier were a fantastic personally been a difficult year & I was seeking a peaceful stay at my favorite place. It was perfect!!!! Thank you to everyone involved. Note: we did have an issue with being able to get out of the property & across to the connector due to traffic entering the park blocking the road. It took over 45 min to go that short distance. Traffic control at the park entrance would be beneficial.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a girls trip, our 3rd year here at Sea Cabins. All in all the room was nice, the furniture could use some good spot cleaning. The negative thing we experienced was as soon as you walked in the place had a smell, it was im sure intended to be "air freshener" but overbearing like patchouli. There were 3 of us and one has very sensitive allergies to smells like candles, air fresheners, and colonges. We looked every knook and cranny over to find where this scent was coming from, we looked in vents, under chairs everywhere and could not locate it. Needless to say she had to sleep on the sofa couch with the door cracked to let fresh air in, with her epi pen beside her hoping she would not have a really bad reaction. Most of her time we were in the room she spent out on the balcony. We stripped bed covers and placed them in garbage bags tied up because we finally sniffed out the smell to be like some type of oil or spray on the bunk beds comforters, however the smell was something that wouldnt go away so it must have been imbedded in most of the fabric in the unit. I just want to make anyone aware of this because this smell did not got away and she could only handle being in the room if we had door open to add fresh air. I am not sensitive to things like this and it was a bit much for me! If it was my unit I'd strip everything in it fabric and replace it.

Perfect 4-Person Family Getaway!!

However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Also, the bathroom shower faucet was installed incorrectly and you could only get various degrees of hot water or cold water. If these problems were corrected I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We've always found it neat and clean, but especially so this year. It's quiet, comfortable and welcoming. A hood experience.
