Bring your loved ones to this charming vacation property with a beach motif that is currently under new ownership. Situated on the lovely Back Bay, the house boasts breathtaking natural settings and is conveniently close to the beach, with easily identifiable entry points.
Enjoy the amazing sunset views over the Back Bay from the dock, hot tub, or upper deck—all of which have plenty of seating to make your stay more comfortable. Take a shower in the outdoor hot/cold area after spending the day at the beach or in the enclosed, private pool. To guarantee the ideal vacation, the pool area has a cabana bar, lots of chairs, a full-size refrigerator, a mini-fridge, a gas BBQ grill, a sink, and an outdoor TV.
With many amenities, Back Bay Dog (previously '4 the 9') offers a great beach getaway. Savor the sunroom's private sauna, a dining area that seats 15, comfortable leather living area chairs, and a 55-inch TV that is visible from the great room as a whole.
The downstairs area includes a laundry room, and each bedroom comes with cable TV. Additional perks include a dock for crabbing and fishing and WiFi throughout the house.

My daughter & I stayed 5 nights. The house had everything we needed. Very clean & the view from the back deck is breathtaking.

weekend away

the house was great. We have stayed a multiple houses in sandbridge and the view and location was the best. The house had everything you need to have a great time.

Christmas beach stay

The property was beautiful and very roomy for our various children and grandchildren. The view was lovely. The property was well stocked for cooking and had a gas grill as well. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were lots of TVs with cable. The dining table comfortably fit all of us for meals. The only things I did not care for were the winding staircase, which was tricky getting up and down, especially for the kids. The downstairs shower had very low water pressure. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The place was large enough to accommodate our 3 families (6 adults, 5 kids under 10 yr old). I'd like to begin by saying I've never given anything but 5 star review to my other hosts so it took a lot for me to write this. -- Upon arrival the house did not seem clean. New sheets and towels were provided, and both pool and hot tub seemed clean. However, the dishwasher wasn't emptied from last guest, trash was not taken out to curb, floors unclean, ants on kitchen counters, grill was rusted out, exposed / uncapped wires in outdoor lighting, furniture pretty worn in living room and not as shown in pictures.I mentioned this to management company and spoke to Ryan who was very helpful and did offer to have cleaned (which I declined as I already vacuumed and swept), they brought a new grill and pool net for us same day. Much appreciated. He also gave us 150 refund for cleaning issue. I emailed with partner of management company after leaving for the week, addressing a few more issues that occurred and she wasn't as customer-centric as Ryan. She told me my 4 yr old got double swimmers ear from the ocean, not their pool. My son does not go into the ocean but up to his shins, but did spend hours in the pool each day..I also have a pool at home and he has never had swimmers ear infections before. Note 4 of the 5 kids got ear infectionsWe made the best of it and enjoyed the time with our friends and family despite the above mentioned. Unfortunately we won't be returning though.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write your review and provide feedback. We apologize that the dishwasher had clean dishes in it upon arrival. Occasionally, when there’s a lot of dishes left by the previous renters we have have to do multiple loads. We were aware of the grill and did get owner approval to replace it ASAP but it had to be picked up on the turnover day. We did offer the $150 refund for any inconvenience. It was We have pool and hot tub vendors that clean every turnover. When we received notification regarding the swimmers ear it was one child. We checked with the pool vendor who quickly provided records of the chemical readings. Swimmers Ear can be picked up in pools but also from the ocean water. We were happy to accommodate and address any situations that arose throughout the guest stay. Back Bay Dog is definitely a more traditional, beach cottage. We will be happy to take the furniture concerns to the homeowner. We appreciate your feedback!
