Whether you're sipping coffee on the screened porch, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, or relaxing indoors with a good book, Hummingbird Cottage is an ideal setting for romantic getaways, artist retreats, or a quiet weekend escape.

• Located in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to Lake Tomahawk, pool, tennis courts, and downtown Black Mountain
• Minutes from Black Mountain Golf Course
• Large screened-in porch with ample seating and views of the private backyard
• Gas grill on a stone patio in the private backyard
• Fire pit in the level yard surrounded by mature trees and hummingbirds
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and both Keurig & drip-style coffeemakers
• Eat-in kitchen with a dining table for 4
• Central HVAC system with mini-split controls in the living room and both bedrooms
• Full washer/dryer, puzzles and games, Smart TV (streaming only), and high-speed Wi-Fi
