Nice location, pleasant place to stay. Well equipped kitchen, nice deck with plenty of comfortable seating. Great accommodation for two couples enjoying time together.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was the perfect home base for our exploring of Black Mountain and the surrounding area. The back deck was awesome - not another house in sight - just the beautiful trees and mountains. Close to downtown, yet far enough away to feel secluded, the home and property checked every box in our wish list for a mountain getaway. Just as advertised!

A very well appointed rental. Close to downtown. Although in a neighborhood, the wooded surroundings gave you privacy. Nice large deck. It was an ideal location for restaurants and hiking.

We love this property. It was comfortable and well stocked. The location was perfect. Quiet and remote yet close to town.

Lovely, Secluded, and Quiet

Very functional and easy home to meet our needs. Only concerns I had were the low height of toilets (I am handicapped), the comfort and stability of dining room chairs, and the "sliding" throw rugs. The front right burner on the stove is out. The location of the cottage was very near the friends we were visiting and the area was beautiful.
