Hi Kazi, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness and accessibility of our properties seriously. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– We’ve updated the door code to prevent any future access issues, and our records show no outreach from your group.– The home was cleaned before your arrival, and each bathroom is equipped with a trash bin. We also have routine pest control in place to prevent issues with pests, but we’ve shared your comments with the cleaning team for continuous improvement. Regular landscaping is also in place to maintain the outdoor area.– The showerheads have been repaired, one bathroom door lock is scheduled for repair, and what you noted to be a leak from the kitchen A/C vent was standard condensation from the system’s condenser line, which is normal.– The listing notes that another bookable rental is located on the same property, and we include detailed square footage and photos so guests can understand the space and layout before booking.The homeowner takes great pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
