We had an absolutely lovely time here this past weekend with our family!We all got in the ocean (except my 86 year old father who spent his time relaxing on the deck overlooking the ocean). Holly and Cindy were easy to reach and very accommodating with us!We look forward to coming back again!

Had a perfect short stay. It was absolutely adorable and amazing views. The neighbors were all so friendly and helpful. An unexpected perk! Perfect spot to sit in a beach chair reading while listening to the ocean sounds! Just so peaceful and happy!

This home is in the perfect location, right on the water in a beautiful area, our family loved our time there and hope to go back! Great kitchen and deck right over the water. The bedrooms were beautiful & upstairs there’s a bedroom and a kids play area. There were kayaks and beach toys, games. We loved it! We’re from the midwest & usually head south for beach vacation, but our daughter lives in western Mass & has always asked us to come out to the beach with her and we regret we waited so long. The owner also was kind & helpful; we will be back!

Hidden Gem

This location is to die for. With views of Long Island sound and East River it is a water wonderland. Bird watching, shell collecting, kayaking, swimming and long walks on the beach are all relaxing ways to pass your time. Hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. The house has been modestly updated, is very comfortable and perfect for a family who is looking for some fun in the sun.

Fall weekend at the beach house with amazing vuews

This house was perfect for us. We were looking for a waterfront home to enjoy the fall festivities in Madison Ct and this house did not disappoint! The views were amazing. So much to do just a short distance away. The house was very clean with a great kitchen and water views from both the front and the back of the house on a quiet street. Sitting by the fire at night watching the sunset was and sitting on the back porch watching the sunrise just filled us with peace and calm. We would definitely stay here again.

This fabulous Oceanfront home is a wonderful place two unwind and reconnect! Holly and Cindy were wonderful to work with. Holly's attention to detail is exactly what you're looking for in a Beach Community home. A pure Eden. Thank you so much, this place was so wonderful we came back for another 2 weeks . Coastal Cottage at water's edge

Can't get closer to the ocean than this! I wanted a quiet cottage on the beach for a couple of relaxing evenings. This house was the perfect answer. The porch sits 10ft off the water's edge. The opposite side is steps away from open marsh. Open a window on both sides of the house for instant ocezn breeze. Well stocked. Great place for a couple, or a family with kids. Very close to Madison and Guilford town areas.

We loved our time at this wonderful house by the sea. Every day brought something new on the horizon which delighted us to no end, and nothing beats hearing the sound of the waves just outside your door. The house was cozy, comfortable, charming and had everything you need for a great vacation. Our host could not have been more thoughtful about making us feel welcome and responded to all our questions and concerns right away. While enjoying the spectacular views and charming setting, we also were conveniently located to all the great restaurants, beaches, and more that Madison has to offer.Since we left, my son has repeatedly asked when can we go back there!

Holly's house was perfect for us (3 adults and 1 dog). Beautifully decorated, uncluttered, fully stocked and unbeatable Iocation. Being right on the beach allowed for the perfect fishing spot. The covered deck was ideal for morning coffee while listening to the waves roll in.

We couldn’t ask for a more perfect location and lovely home to spend a getaway with our three kids before they return to college. Holly was above and beyond kind and accommodating. We will return!

A wonderful experience all around. The only mistake we made was that we overpacked. The house already had everything we needed from toiletries, bedding, towels, coffee/tea, beach necessities, etc. The kitchen was not only stocked with dishes, cups and glassware, it was stocked with plenty of top-shelf amenities. Host Holly could not have been more accessible or generous with her time. Everything in the house worked well and the appliances, plumbing and electrical were all up to date. It was a joy being inside the house, but the location made being outside even more fun. The porch is spectacular for meals, morning coffee and late-night cocktails. The beach is outstanding. We had a marvelous family reunion — five adults and a dog — and we hope to return. The location and owner can not be beat.

The perfect getaway! We had a wonderful time. We lucked out with weather but the house was fabulous. I don’t think there was one tiny thing overlooked-our host Holly thought of EVERYTHING one could need! From the FULLY stocked kitchen to the toiletries, endless towels, bug spray, kids toys, beautiful decor, the list goes on and on! You always find something at a rental and say “it’s great but I wish they had…..”. But with this perfect beach bungalow, I could t think of one thing to fill in that blank! Holly was so easy to communicate with, and arrival/departure was super simple. Location couldn’t be better. Hope to go back sometime soon!!

Great layout inside - large open space with lots of light and nice view of the Sound. The location is amazing, we had our own beach, and the host was very easy to work with. The whole family wants to book again - what more is there to say?!

We were a family of four (two adults, two big teens) and it was perfect for us. The house is right on the beach and sitting on the porch and watching the waves was lovely. We didn’t take full advantage of the outdoor space due to rainy weather, but we could still enjoy the covered porch. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of towels provided and sharp knives in the kitchen (a pleasant surprise!)

We had a fantastic four-day stay at this beachfront home in Madison. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful amenities that made our visit easy and comfortable. The host was warm, responsive, and truly attentive to every detail. Our family, including the grandchildren, loved the beach and the gorgeous water views. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Great house, loved our stay, perfect for 6 year old who could come up and down from beach while adults can relax in the shade of the deck. Quiet area, very relaxing. House was thoughtfully stocked.
