The photos don’t do this beachfront property justice. Stunning water views on all sides of the house. Darling little towns dot the shoreline. We had lots to do with kids aged 18 months to 7 years, even with the rain. We stayed there during a nor’easter storm, Joe was the perfect host. Quickly jumped in to get the city to move a downed tree, gave us flexibility with check in time to accommodate flights. Highly recommend!

This home is great and the pics of the property are accurate. The location is amazing and especially wonderful for families who love hunting around the sleepy beach for crabs, sea snails and other treasures. Nearby restaurants and town centers are terrific. We encountered a couple of issues with leaking pipes during our stay but the owner was wonderful and responded immediately. We would definitely stay again.

We're thrilled that you and your family enjoyed the home and made the most of the beach — crab and sea snail hunting is one of our favorite things about the location too. You're right that you ran into a leak during your stay; it was coming from the HVAC condensation drain line, and we're glad we could address it right away. It has since been fully repaired. What a perfect place to get together with the family. The house was CLEAN, and so bright and airy with beautiful views of the water and the salt marsh. The kitchen is well stocked — everything was perfect. I would definitely return.

A lovely home in a wonderful setting/location. There is natural beauty all around you. Madison and Guilford are nice towns to visit.

What a fabulous week we had!! Beautiful, clean, well stocked waterfront home. It was so nice to walk out the door and be on the beach and at low tide my grandchildren had a blast on the sandbars catching hermit crabs.Joe was so easy to communicate with and there if needed but we didn't have any issues. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Madison Beach Stay

The house is perfectly located. Quiet area but close to downtown Madison and Guilford and so much the CT shoreline has to offer.

We loved our week stay at the beach. We had several kids from 6 months to 8 years and having the beach right outside the house and a beautiful walk right down the road was huge for keeping them busy! Great proximity to town and the public beach. Updated inside of the house and lovely deck.

Great week at the beach

My family and I loved staying at the house! Open downstairs layout, spacious kitchen and dining area, and being SO close to the water were the highlights.

Fabulous beach vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beach house! We loved the private beach, the gorgeous views on all sides, playing in the water, taking walks and comfortable family dinners inside and out. The house is super comfortable and it was a really relaxing week.

Wow!

A great house in an amazing location. The house was clean and bright and has phenomenal views of both Long Island Sound and the marsh/Neck River. Grass Island and a boat ramp are nearby. We loved our stay.

Awesome vacation home

The house was everything it claimed to be. Plenty of room for everyone. We were blessed with good weather (couple of thunderstorms). The town of Madison was lovely. All in all, a great vacation for the family.
