This charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep with a 32-inch TV. Your stay will be convenient and hassle-free with one and a half bathrooms and amenities like WiFi, AC, dishwasher, a gas-fueled wood stove, and a washer and dryer. Plus, the additional living room space with a twin bed provides extra comfort for 3rd person with a large 65-inch TV and a game room with an additional 65-inch TV. Kickback, relax on the screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening cocktail and enjoy everything Waterbury and our apartment offers. The property has a private driveway and entrance. The property manager is on an adjacent property to address your needs during your stay. Waterbury is centrally located. Close to Stowe, Burlington, Montpelier, Killington and just a mile to the train station where the Amtrack Vermonter makes its daily run up the east coast.This property has easy access to the highway but feels like you are in the country. Lots of wildlife can be seen year round. Walking distance to restaurants and local breweries. Waterbury has a lot to offer for the outdoor adventurer from hiking, biking to kyaching down one of the many rivers and lakes Vermont has to offer and let's not forget, the spectacular fall foliage and maple syrup.
