This first story 1500 sq ft apartment is convenient to downtown Waterbury and is walking distance to several great restaurants and bars. The home is only a minute off the highway 89, a few minutes to Ben and Jerrys and 15 minutes to Stowe and Waitsfield. There is plenty of off street parking.

We were not there for skiing nor was any ski place open so not sure why this is asking on a trip that was not ski based.Laundry not used but available. Clean homeWalking distance to restaurants coffee shops and bakerys. We visited Stowe, Shelburne, and Burlington VT so easily traveled from this location

The house was clearly not cleaned prior to my arrival, and the host does not seem to be taking care of the place. Sheets from the previous guest were on the bed, the smelly garbage not taken out, counters covered in coffee splatter. The temperature outside was in the single digits, and a window AC with gaps along the edges was still installed. I had to buy more toilet paper because there was hardly any for my 3 day stay. Overall very dissatisfied and was not worth the price

We had a wonderful stay! Great location for walking into town but also to drive to different places. The host was responsive to our needs. Nice rooms, great for our family of four. Mattress could be updated in room with queen bed. Kitchen had all we needed for simple meals. Great shower in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It's convenient to all locations, well laid out, fully stocked, clean, with charm. They have obviously gone to great means to remodel this old house and the quaint Vermont touches are just right. Large kitchen with new appliances, washer/dryer, and comfortable beds. Wonderful front covered porch to watch the world go by, and the dining room and living room are lovely. We give it a great review, and hopefully, we'll be back.

Room for improvement. When we arrived we could not find any towels. found them in the dryer. Bottom sheet in the master bedroom had a tear in the middle of the bed. No hand soap at either bathroom. No soap for the dishwasher, fortunately we brought a pod with us. Aluminum foil or plastic wrap would have been helpful to have on hand. we had a great time and regardless of these things listed we would rent again.

Great Spot In Waterbury

Space was actually nicer than advertised and we had a great stay. Read the full description and book this place for sure, more like a 3br and its in great shape. Will stay again here for sure.

Phenomenal location and great accomodation!

What a cool house with a combination of old school Vermont and new upgraded kitchen. Lots of room and comfort.We went for a week of skiing with Bolton Valley less than 20 minutes away and Sugarbush less than 30. What really put the trip over the top was the proximity to fantastic restaurants and bars for the apres ski. Book this with confidence.

Nice apt great location

On the upside, house is in great location to restaurants and bars in center of town. House very clean, true to pictures. We were there for 2 nights worked well for us. Downside, bed needs upgrade, a/c units not in windows yet. It didn't state they weren't in the windows.That being said, I would stay again but bring mattress topper.

Basically a nice place, great kitchen, roomy, and great location, but it needs a deep cleaning and TLC. Lawn was 10” high, weeds in flower pots, door, windows and porches were filthy, and the place smelled like mold and mildew. Clothes dryer was full of wet stinky sheets and towels, for a two-day stay we had 2 towels. No washcloths, hand towels, bathmats, dish towels. Kitchen cabinet had mouse turds. Would not stay there again!!

Short stay, great location

Property worked for our purposes - x-large space, a bit-dated decor/furniture, kitchen was nice and new, mattresses could use updating, needed some blinds in the dinning room (felt like the neighborhood was able to watch us), and some items needed a deep clean (washer, shower mat). Location is great, and check in process was super easy. Not sure it can truly accommodate 6 as currently set up - we had 5 and there was no bed for a 6th person. With some tweaks, we’d stay there again.

Myself and my family had an excellent time at this property. It had a ton of space that we would otherwise never have enjoyed, and it was clean. Wifi was good, amenities were excellent. We also enjoyed the town, as we could walk into town and find excellent dining options. The next time we visit, we would not hesitate to stay here.
