This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 6th floor offers a bright, airy beach vibe and direct beach access with no streets to cross. Located just a minute from the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area, this condo also features a covered balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony. March 1 - October 31, you will receive a complimentary beach set up of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella!
This condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 Full Beds, and an attached full bathroom accessible from the living room. The living room features ample seating for lounging and a pull-out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes major and small appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, utensils, and all you’ll need to enjoy dining and the amazing views to your South. A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo for your use.
