Private third floor 1000 SQFT apartment which was restored and completed in May of 2024 This house is over 100 years old. You have the entire 3rd floor apartment. This home is owner occupied. Walking distance to downtown Salem as well as the Train if you wanted to head into Boston for the Day. Experience what Salem has to offer with a stay at our apartment. Whether you're exploring the historic sites, enjoying the local cuisine, or simply relaxing in the charming atmosphere, this is the perfect home base for your Salem adventure. Everything is within a 10 minute walk.

3 Guests max (there is a futon).

This space offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus a full sized futon. We also offer a queen size air mattress.

The space offers a fully equipped kitchen including a 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine. Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, plates, glasses, silverware.

Guests have their own personally created codes for access to the exterior door to the home and the interior door of the apartment

There is an iron and ironing board. Shower products are offered as well as make-up wipes, hair dryer, bottled water and vanity to do your hair or makeup

We do not leave you a to do list at the end of your stay, we want you to enjoy your stay.

Our home does not meet the criteria for toddlers or babies, it is not baby-child proofed.

We always strive to get you in way before check-in time of 4:00, I will reach out the morning of your arrival with the time.
