We had a short but wonderful stay at the condo! I have stayed in this condo multiple times and it’s always comfortable and clean! You can’t beat the location and views of the ocean! Sitting on the back deck and watching the waves roll in is so relaxing and rejuvenating! We love our stays in this condo in Rodanthe!

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Place. The condo was very clean. It had a lovely balcony for watching the ocean and the world go by. It was nice that beach chairs were available, as those take up a lot of space in a vehicle. The pool was very nice and very clean. You could switch from pool to beach very easily. Beach access was easy for all activities. Information host provided was accurate and easy to follow and understand. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and our stay.

Sitting on that 3rd floor balcony in those sturdy high chairs facing the ocean is a dream. Two flights of stairs to go up, but rolling carts to get luggage from car to stairs are a huge help. And the funny old luggage lift was very helpful for sending the cooler up and down.

This property is amazing. We have been here before, and it was exactly as we remembered it. I don’t have any complaints except that it stays booked! The instructions and check in/out process is very clear, and the host is friendly. Everything is so clean, which is hard to find sometimes. Thanks for having us, Nancy!

Upon arrival, we were absolutely satisfied and thrilled with how nice and clean the condo was. The view was absolutely amazing. I loved the locker that we could keep all of our beach stuff in but it was also stocked very well with extra chairs and beach necessities. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and what not. We found our new place to stay each time if we’re ever back in Rodanthe!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The luggage lift worked perfectly for groceries as well as luggage. I fell in love with the balcony! The sound of the ocean and the view was the main reason we booked this place and we were so glad we did. There was a nor’easter that came through halfway through our booking and we were unsure what to do, since we are not from the area.Nancy kept us posted on the situation by first emailing me and then calling me to advise us. She recommended that we should probably get out of the area, even though we still had a few days left.We were sad to leave but took her advice, and packed up immediately. About 30 minutes after we passed over the big long bridge, the road was closed. I’m so glad that we listened to Nancy and that she cared enough to call us. I will definitely go back and stay here again. I absolutely love this place! Even if there isn’t an elevator, and there was a storm. I napped on the ocean, in the bedroom with the door open so that I could hear the ocean, and I fell asleep with the door to the balcony open some…my husband shut it of course. The sunrise…AMAZING! Sunset,AMAZING! I can’t wait to come back. I would pack lighter next time though, I didn’t need so many changes of clothes. I had twice what I need. Also, there aren’t many restaurants. But we didn’t need those either, as we planned to cookin anyway. If you want to just soak in the peace and sunshine., rest and relax, this is your place.

Beach view and closeness was perfect hearing the ocean every night I didn't even need a sound machine to sleep! Thank you for the amazing week. Hopefully will be back soon!

Laundry was convenient. 1st floor. A lot of shops and restaurants were closed bc it was out of season.

Everything about this place is just as listed! The view from balcony/deck is perfection - the best viewpoint for the sunrise! It’s our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. The unit is clean, kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfy!

OMG! The view is absolutely beautiful. I loved the tall chairs on the deck overlooking the beach. The place is so spacious amd cozy. I will be going back!

The condo was clean, great location and amazing views.The kitchen provided everything I needed to cook meals even a crock pot. Note that I did bring some things from home but kitchen was stocked. I did have a little trouble with one of the burners on the stove, it seemed like the element may be not working right. The condo was spacious and clean. The walk up the stairs could be hard for some but didn’t cause us any problems even with carrying bags. My husband has bad knees and took it slow and didn’t have any trouble. We did use the luggage lift and it worked fine for us.We would definitely rent again

Wonderful property. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, amazing views. The condo was very cozy, the decor was calming and made us feel right at home. Love the separate coffee area and the other little touches. We will be back!

Great Condo!!

It is a beautiful condo, well-kept, and immaculately clean. It is right on the beach with a fantastic view of the water from the balcony. We had a wonderful stay.
