Great location . A little hard to find the road, but we found it! Parking was great, master bed was very cozy.

Great house and host added additional space heaters in the house to ensure the temp stayed warm enough!

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This chalet was perfect for my needs. Enough space and very close to Beech Mountain. As long as you realize that you need to bring your own supplies (shampoo, soap, etc), you will have a great stay.

There were no fans nor air conditioner. Even in the winter there needs to be air circulation. The property had other delapidated buildings on property with construction debris everywhere. The parking requires you to pretty much drive right through it. We were not happy. Would not recommend.

If you are looking for a home away from home experience this is NOT the house. It is nicely, remodeled, but lacking quite a few things. For the price I paid I expected to at least cook dinners and sleep well. The beds were so bad we switched off sleeping on the couch. You can’t bake or use the oven because there are no baking sheets or oven cookware to make dinner, never mind cooking utensils. House could use a coffee table or end tables in living room to make putting drinks or things easier to have. All in all it was not worth the price I paid! We ended up leaving early.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m glad we were there only one night. While I can see the effort on restoration, it is not ready for guests. In the driveway we dodged broken glass and construction screws, nails and metal. We were not happy about that neither was our car. Even though this is a Winter destination an effort should be made for some air circulation. There were no ceiling fans or portable fans to be found. The temperature and the fact it was so humid added to our negative review. Overall it was fine for short term but I would never choose to stay longer than we did. It will be a cute place once finished and the location is ideal! Good luck on your restoration.
