This is our third time staying here and our second time in the same room and it was amazing as always. Check in and check out are super simple. The room is great with beautiful views. We are getting ready to book again for next year!

Perfect location, no waiting on an elevator. Definitely the way to go on a busy July 4th weekend. If you will be cooking while there, you do not have a fully stocked kitchen. Also, bring blankets if you sleep with them, there are no extras.

We provide starter supplies to help guests get settled, but groups who plan to cook often or stay longer may want to pick up additional items. Extra blankets are not always stocked beyond the listed bedding, so if something is missing during your stay please call or text our team and we will deliver what you need. Great stay

This was our second visit to this property. We enjoyed it both times. While it is not new it is renovated and well maintained. The best part is the location and lack of overcrowding. It is our first choice while staying at PCB.

The bunk bed setup in the spare bedroom was very crowded. The table and chairs on the patio were rusted and need to be replaced. It would be nice to have high-top chairs on the patio to see over the top of the railing.

The condo was wonderful and we could tell it had been recently updated. We love the huge balcony and used it quite often. I will say to watch out for people in the floors above dropping cigarettes and toys off of their balconies. This happened several times and can be dangerous if something falls on you as the balconies on the 2nd floor extend further out than the ones above. The decor in the unit was great. The view of the beach was beautiful. Location is perfect, not in a crowded area and we loved that it was on the second floor. No need to take the elevators. I will say there are several steep stair going down from the pool area (the elevator can take you down from the pool area if you prefer) and to the beach. A ramp to the beach would be nice. We have stayed at this location for a few years and we will be back. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Best view!

We had a nearly perfect trip at AquaVista. The unit was clean, recently updated, and had the most amazing balcony and ocean views. The only downside to our trip was that the pool closed after our first day, and remained closed the rest of our stay, due to an electrical maintenance issue. In addition, we noticed a few other things that would have been beneficial to have in the condo, but definitely would not keep us from staying here again. There were no towel bars or hooks in any of the bathrooms. We also could not find a stopper for the tub to give our son a bath. Adding some child friendly dishes, cups, and utensils to the kitchen would be helpful for other families staying here in the future. Lastly, the bedroom windows face the street and the exterior lights in the breezeway are SO bright. The first night was so light in our room, that our son woke up at 2am, insisting that it was morning time and stayed awake until it 4am. We ran to Walmart the next day and bought black out curtains for $16. Problem solved! All this to say, we still had an amazing stay at this property and would absolutely return!

The unit is beautiful and in a great location. The view from the room is also beautiful. Quiet area of the beach and low floor so no need to take an elevator. The host was nice to let us adjust our dates last minute due to an incoming hurricane but there were some issues that came up with the host as well unfortunately. They would not allow early check in at all even though we were told the room had been cleaned the day before and no one was in the unit. We had to wait exactly until 4pm to get in only to find out that the floors were not cleaned and the windows were very dirty and hard to see out of along with debris all over the balcony. They did send someone the next day to clean the floors and balcony but the windows were not cleaned. We also reported that there was broken and extremely rusted patio furniture snd were told someone would be there to remove it but they never came. We were unable to use the table on the balcony. Also, on our last full day there our door code stopped working and we were locked out of the room for over two hours before they fixed it. We would love to stay in the unit again but not so sure about the host unfortunately.
