Sandy Sparkle has an oversized patio with unobstructed views and THE best access to the pool deck. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located just one mile west of Pier Park. It is an end unit on the main level with a wrap around patio and one of only two units with a private gated entrance to the pool deck. The floor to ceiling windows are perfect for soaking in panoramic views of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Fresh, clean duvet covers for each stay.

** Please note the new sliding doors have a 4 inch elevated plate at the threshold and could cause tripping. Please be cautious and step over!!!

*Beach Goodies: A set of 2 beach lounge chairs and umbrella are included for your stay. A deck box on the patio will have a minimum of 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys. A 16 can capacity cooler for your use can be found in the kitchen closet. Just please rinse the sand off and dry before returning. A Bluetooth speaker is also available for you. If you notice something is missing or broken, please let us know by text. We hope for everyone to enjoy these extras!
* A starter supply of dish detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet tissue and hand
soap are provided.
AquaVista has adopted a no smoking policy for the entire complex. For your convenience, a smoking area is located on the first floor parking area.

The condo was in excellent condition, looking exactly like the photos. The owner/property manager was responsive to any questions we had during our stay, but everything was laid out perfectly. The patio area is huge with nice furniture and beach necessities. It was so nice to enter and exit through the coded patio gate for beach access, rather than the front with all of our sandy stuff!

Everything was as promised and more. Access to the pool, hot tub and beach was like VIP with our own private gates.We were worried about how busy the pool might be, but honestly there were never more than maybe 12-15 people. It was clean and just the right temp.The view of the ocean was beautiful from the second floor. The balcony/patio was incredible and larger than any other we saw on the property.Property managers were readily available by text and provided everything we needed including extra towels and laundry detergent. Even parking was super easy.Although it was a challenge at first to get all of the access codes down, we got the hang of it.Our trip was amazing the property was everything we expected. Family vacation

My impression of this property is the unit I rented was very nice looked just what was online. The host was very nice and helpful. There was work being done on the building at the time. Overall I would stay there again

Family Vaca

Our family loved this condo-they want to rent it next year. *Very clean and updated *Pool & hot tub very close to the patio *Beach access had a few flights of stairs but manageable *Bunk room great for kids *Kitchen had excellent variety of cooking and eating utensils *Master bedroom shower — awesome — all the kids would only use that shower Thanks for the great vacation spot

Beautiful condo steps from the pool and beach

Our family stayed a week in this beautiful condo! Check in/out was super easy! Everything you need is here from beach chairs and inner tubes to all the kitchen necessities! The beach was perfect with that blue green water and the rental included two beach chairs and an umbrella to sit back and enjoy it. The pool and hot tub are right off the patio. We would definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacay

The condo was clean and the owners were helpful and quick to respond to my questions! You had next door access to the pool and the ocean was steps away which made it very convenient to travel back and forth to the beach. They also provided extra chairs and toys for the kids which was an added bonus. The views from the large patio were beautiful. Across the street is a grocery store which was also convenient. We loved it!

Best Family Vacation Spot

This condo is amazing. We extended our stay and enjoyed an extra day at the beach. The bedrooms are all great size and spread out perfectly. The beds are so cozy. The living room and dining room have plenty of seating for our large family. The patio is huge and allows so much more outdoor space than any other place we’ve stayed. The kids had a blast being so close to the pool and hot tub. We had a week of perfect beach weather. The access to the beach is easy and it’s not overcrowded. Having a grocery store directly across the road made those grocery shopping trips quick. We will definitely be staying here again. Our entire family is ready to book for next year!

Condo was very nice and loved location to pool and beach. Host was very helpful. Only negatives were the Master Bedroom bed was a split mattress so we had a separation between us all night, no matter what we did. All the Gate codes were different and changed through the week but eventually became the same towards the end of our stay. Otherwise would definitely recommend this unit.

Everything about this property was wonderful. Having a private gate to the pool made access to the beach so much easier than other units. The condo was clean. The kitchen has a great selection of pots, pans, and other useful gadgets that most rental kitchens do not have. Owners were communicative and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Awsome condo

The condo was exactly as it is on the pictures. The owner was ver reliable when we had to communicate. I love the location and its perfect for families with smaller kids. Great beach access and pool is just few feet away. Its worth the money...

AquaVista consists of two towers each only 8 stories, providing more room on the beach for relaxing! The property is flanked on each side by townhomes which also contributes to a far less crowded beach and less traffic. It is located one mile west of Pier Park and within walking distance to a grocery store and many restaurants.

E201 is an end unit allowing endless sunset views from the patio or living / dining areas. Easy access to the beach and pool were essential to us when choosing a property and this one has it all!
