Tidewater 2501 offers spectacular Gulf Front views from the living room, kitchen, Master bedroom and wraparound balcony! This lovely 2200 square foot 4BA/3BA corner condo features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Ample lounging in the living area or have a seat on the spacious balcony and enjoy the birds eye view of the coastline.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This is a 570-unit, 30-story, luxurious condominium residence that offers the perfect balance between being close to everything but far enough away so that you don’t spend your time stuck in traffic. Tidewater Beach Resort overlooks more than two football fields’ worth of white-sand beach. Situated on the west side of Panama City Beach, this condo is just three-quarters of a mile from Pier Park, offering 124 shops, diverse restaurants, a Grand IMAX theater, Dave and Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and more entertainment options. Dining options nearby include Pompano Joe’s Seafood House, Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge, Hook’d Pier Bar and Grill, and Fatty’s Sandwich Shop. Russell-Fields Pier is less than a mile east; Shipwreck Island Waterpark is a short four-mile drive. This community is just five minutes away from Gulf World and Frank Brown Park, a 200-acre outdoor recreational facility. Tidewater is just fifteen minutes from ECP airport.

On-site, enjoy world-class amenities such as private beach access, two seasonally heated pools and hot tubs with Gulf views, an indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a well-equipped fitness center (with beach views!), steam room, sauna, and a movie theater! For the diehard fans, there is a Starbucks Café onsite.

Parking:

All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass.

The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit.

Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.

Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits.

Other details to note:

You will find the 2 oversized lagoon-style outdoor pools on either end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach. Our indoor pool is heated while the outdoor pools are not heated.

All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Misinformed

When booking on VRBO the listing implied that this unit was at calypso resort. It was not. It was at Tidewater. The condo was nice, however the wind blew and the rails on the balcony rattled constantly. Also, tried to contact the host several times with no luck. Voice mail box full or I will call you back. Never happened

Summer Vacation

Our group of 7 friends, all 40+ years, enjoyed ourselves on our ladies trip immensely. This property is beautiful! The view from the balcony is splendid and well worth the stay. We got to see dolphins and stingrays in the water while watching the sunrise. Rooms were spacious, the entire place was thoroughly clean, and the grocery store is less than a half mile from the resort. I highly recommend this location. The only piece of advice I would give is to be aware of the elevator wait times and expect for trips to take longer. There are simply not enough elevators in the building to accommodate the amount of people that stay at the resort; wait times are long and the elevators are usually crowded. But knowing that, we still would not trade the view from this property for shorter elevator rides. Thank you for a terrific stay!
