LIVING, DINING AND KITCHEN

The bright, open-concept living area features coastal finishes and beautiful beadboard ceilings, creating a comfortable place for everyone to relax together.

The fully stocked kitchen includes glass-front cabinets, a spacious pantry, and an island with additional seating. Its open layout makes preparing meals easy while staying connected with family and friends.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The large, fully fenced yard provides plenty of space for children and pets to enjoy the outdoors. Fire up the BBQ grill for an afternoon cookout, relax in the hammock, play a round of cornhole, or gather around the fire pit for evening s’mores.

The yard also includes an outdoor sand shower, a children’s water table, and beach toys for younger guests.

Upstairs, the large shaded front deck offers refreshing Gulf breezes and a built-in picnic table. It is a welcoming spot for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing after a day at the beach.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Primary bedroom: Comfortable king bed.

Guest bedroom: Comfortable king bed.

Bunk room: A combination of full and twin beds provides sleeping space for up to six guests, making this room especially well suited for children or additional family members.

A baby crib is also provided for families traveling with young children.

WORK FROM THE BEACH

BEACH ACCESS

Crystal Beach and the Gulf of Mexico are approximately a three-minute walk from the home. After returning from the sand, use the convenient outdoor shower to rinse off before heading inside.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private use of the entire home and fenced yard. Entry is simple and secure with an electronic keypad. Your unique access code will be provided before check-in.

A manual lockbox is also available as a backup in the unlikely event of an electronic-lock issue. Instructions will be provided if it is needed.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

• Pets are welcome. Please include every pet in the reservation and review the applicable pet fee shown during booking.

• Access to the main living area requires stairs.
