Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. Slope availability does vary throughout the season. For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resort’s website.

Please Note: The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.

If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
