True Ski In/Out + Steps to Chair 3 + Hot Tub + Treehouse Magic + PS5
Steps from Chair 3 at Whitefish Mountain Resort, Hope Slope Treehouse feels like the kind of place you would have dreamed up as a kid — except someone actually built it. Curved architecture. Tree trunks. Walls of windows. Murals that bring Montana inside. Ski in and ski out in winter. Ride lifts, hike, mountain bike, zipline, and explore the mountain in summer. Then come back to a private hot tub overlooking Hope Slope and a mountain stay that feels less like a house and more like stepping into a storybook.
💫 The Highlights — Why Guests Love It
Treehouse magic outside. More treehouse magic inside. Warmth, adventure, and a little wonder around every corner.
Whether you're planning a once-in-a-lifetime Whitefish trip, introducing kids to the mountains for the first time, gathering family together, or bringing grandparents along for the adventure, Hope Slope Treehouse was designed to create the kinds of memories people keep talking about long after the trip ends.
3 sleeping spaces · 4 full bathrooms · sleeps up to 10 guests
✓ True ski-in / ski-out location — Chair 3 is literally steps away ✓ Private hot tub overlooking Hope Slope ✓ One-of-a-kind treehouse architecture with soaring ceilings, tree elements, and walls of windows ✓ Hand-painted Montana murals throughout by a local Whitefish artist ✓ Fourth-story turret hideaway with twinkle lights and mountain views ✓ Family sleeping spaces with built-in bunks and fiber optic night sky ceiling ✓ Gourmet kitchen with Thermador gas range and space built for gathering ✓ Gas fireplace, games, PS5, and cozy spaces throughout ✓ Weber gas grill + outdoor dining overlooking the mountain ✓ Two dedicated parking spaces for large vehicles ✓ Walk to resort restaurants, shops, and mountain activities
🏠 Inside
Big mountain days tend to have a rhythm of their own.
First chair in the morning. Tired legs by afternoon. Hot showers. Hot tub after dark.
Then dinner somehow turns into cards around the table. Someone quietly sneaks into the hot tub early. Nobody seems particularly interested in tomorrow yet.
Hope Slope Treehouse makes the most of every square foot. Curved architecture, natural cedar, murals, huge windows, and thoughtful details create a space that feels larger and more magical than you'd expect.
The kitchen tends to become part of the experience too: big breakfasts before first chair, soup and sandwiches between runs, hot chocolate after skiing, and dinners that somehow last a little longer.
And somewhere along the way, somebody usually discovers the fourth-floor turret hideaway with twinkle lights and mountain views — and suddenly everyone starts making their case for why it should become their spot. Kids love it. Adults love it. Turns out treehouse magic doesn't really care how old you are.
🛏 Where You'll Sleep
Hope Slope works especially well for families and close groups who value being together and experiencing something truly unique. The tradeoff for the treehouse architecture and magical shared spaces is less bedroom privacy during sleep than a traditional mountain home.
Lower Level King Suite
✓ King bed ✓ Private ensuite bathroom
Lower Level Bunk Area
✓ Two custom Twin XL bunk sets (4 Twin XL beds total) ✓ Full bathroom just outside in hallway
Upper Loft Sleeping Space
✓ King bed ✓ Twin XL bunk set (2 Twin XL beds) ✓ Full bathroom steps away
A quick note on layout: The lower-level bunks are built into an open hallway-style area, and the upper loft sleeping space has no walls or doors separating the king bed, bunks, or living room below. Guests who love Hope Slope usually love being together. Guests wanting multiple fully private bedrooms may prefer a more traditional layout.
✓ Four full bathrooms total ✓ Fresh linens, pillows, and extra blankets throughout
🌲 Outside
Maybe it's watching skiers glide by from the hot tub. Maybe it's dinner on the deck while the sun drops behind the mountains. Maybe it's ending the day under the trees while tomorrow's adventure already starts becoming the conversation.
Winter brings skis and snow. Summer brings hiking, lift rides, mountain biking, ziplining, and long evenings outside.
Somehow everyone still ends up together at the end of the day.
🅿️ Parking & Access
✓ Two dedicated parking spaces for large vehicles (one at the front of the house and one at the rear) ✓ Easy unloading for luggage and mountain gear ✓ After signing your rental agreement you'll receive access to our digital guest guide with check-in instructions, local recommendations, house details, and everything you'll need for an easy arrival
📍 Explore Whitefish & Beyond
Walkable Resort Area
✓ Chair 3 — literally steps away ✓ Resort restaurants and shops (seasonal hours vary) ✓ Bierstube — short walk ✓ Mountain market for snacks, drinks, and forgotten essentials
✓ Downtown Whitefish — ~15 minutes summer / ~20–30 minutes winter depending on conditions ✓ Safeway — ~15–20 minutes ✓ Whitefish Amtrak Station — ~20 minutes ✓ Whitefish Lake — ~20 minutes ✓ Glacier National Park West Entrance — ~1 hour
Most guests think they'll spend more time away from the mountain than they actually do.
👋 Meet Beata
Hi — I'm Beata.
I wanted Hope Slope Treehouse to feel like more than just a place to sleep after a day on the mountain.
I wanted it to feel like the kind of place where kids get excited about stars over their bunks, where adults sink into the hot tub after a full day outside, and where everyone quietly agrees that leaving tomorrow suddenly feels like a terrible idea.
I personally manage every reservation because hospitality matters deeply to me. Small things are automated for speed so nothing waits. Anything important comes directly from me.
Take what you need from the Pay-It-Forward pantry. Leave what you can.
Happy to have you. — Beata

Acerca del anfitrión
Anfitrión: Beata Lorinc
Hi — I'm Beata.
I'm a professional host, Penn State alum, mom to two boys, and someone who genuinely believes places shape experiences.
My family is originally from Poland — yes, I speak Polish — and over the years we've lived in different states and even a few different countries. One thing I've learned is that people rarely remember trips because of square footage or checklists.
They remember how it felt.
The ski trip where everyone stayed up later than planned. The place the kids still talk about years later. The unexpected little moments that somehow become the ones you remember.
That's probably why hospitality became so important to me.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
Hope Slope Treehouse felt special the moment I saw it.
True ski-in / ski-out properties exist in Whitefish. Beautiful mountain homes exist too. But very few places feel like stepping into a storybook.
Curved architecture, tree elements, walls of windows, hand-painted Montana murals, hidden spaces, and little details around every corner somehow make this place feel like an actual treehouse brought to life.
The mountain itself may bring people here.
The experience of staying here is what they remember.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Hope Slope Treehouse quietly solves a lot of things guests care about.
Chair 3 is steps away, so skiing doesn't require shuttles, parking lots, or hauling gear around. Summer brings scenic lift rides, mountain biking, hiking, ziplining, and resort activities right outside your door.
You also get four full bathrooms — which makes mornings and evenings dramatically easier for larger groups — plus a private hot tub overlooking Hope Slope, a gourmet kitchen built for real cooking, and spaces designed for gathering after the mountain day ends.
And then there's the turret.
Every group eventually discovers it.
Every group fights over it.
Turns out treehouse magic doesn't really care how old you are.
