Weekday at the rhinestone cowboy

The apartment was excellent, clean and easy to get into. Added bonus near by some great restaurants and bars, perfect for a solo traveler.

Perfect spot in East Nashville!

We were within walking distance of a few great bars, BBQ, an arcade and the delicious Butcher and bee. We would absolutely stay here again if we get the chance.

Short stay

The place is really nice. It would be great for longer stays, full kitchen, close to downtown and East Nash. Check-in is seamless

Fun apartment

Well appointed suite in East Nashville, close to great bars and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and great shower.

Great property

The unit was very clean and it is located conveniently to East Nashville, which has many restaurants and bars. It is also easy access to the interstate which allows you to quickly navigate through Nashville.

Nashville get away

Loved this property!! He cooked breakfast and dinner for us The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was heaven we didn’t want to leave. The bathroom has a double sink so we were both able to get ready together washed clothes so nothing went home dirty. Parking is very tight but it worked Would stay here again.

Great property

Very clean and well kept. Photos online are completely accurate. There was always parking available. Great location to be close to all things East Nashville, the stadium and downtown. Getting in and out of the building and the unit was a breeze using an app instead of a key. The only downside is it’s a bit noisy at night from the traffic on the street below. Also can hear people walking around above a bit.

Overall it was a positive experience. The unit was super clean and I found the master bed very comfortable. The lobby with the Jolene set up is now a yoga studio so that should be updated ASAP. That was a photo opportunity we planned on and were sad it was no longer available. There is also not a spatula in the kitchen which made pancake breakfasts interesting. Uber rides averaged between 15-20 to get us to Broadway.

Overall the condo was exactly as pictured, and the perfect size and layout for the 3 of us on a girls' weekend. The location is a short uber from downtown, and a little quieter. There is a great restaurant across the street for a nice dinner, and hotel with rooftop bar next door. My only concern was that access to the building was unrestricted. You are supposed to use the "latch" app for access, however the door in the underground parking was not locked for our entire stay. We would have preferred it to be more secure. Access to our particular unit was secure.

Really nice condo. Just as pictured. As other reviews state the parking is very tight. But we did ok because it wasn’t too full. You need to provide your own cooking basics. There was a salt shaker, and that was all for seasoning and no cooking oil. Definitely plan to return! We like the area (which can be a little scary at night if you’re not used to it) but there are a lot of fun places nearby. Be sure to get over to the Waymore Guesthouse for brunch and definitely up to the rooftop bar. It’s right next-door and a pretty view!

The apartment was adorable!! It had everything we expected and needed! Check in/out was seamless and any issue we had, they were quick to reply and helpful. Unfortunately it was so loud. We heard everyone come back 1- 3am and everything happening outside. The walls felt paper thin. Parking was a huge hassel as well. The garage is super tight and not enough of it either. We were forced to park in a grass area on our last night there.

We completely understand your concerns about noise and parking. As this condo is located in the heart of downtown, it does come with the vibrant energy (and occasional noise) that city living brings—especially during late-night hours. We do provide white noise machines in the unit to help with this, but we recognize that it’s not ideal for everyone. Regarding parking, while there is street parking available nearby, the garage can be tight and does have limited space at peak times. We always do our best to guide guests to the best available options. With all this in mind, we want to be honest that a downtown rental may not be the best fit for everyone—especially if peace and quiet are a top priority. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope it helps future guests make an informed decision. Thanks again for staying with us!
