This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. Blu-ray DVD player in the bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started!

Great Location. Real Close to Downtown.

Great Parking, walking distance to down town, the stadiums and more. Nice river view from the unit. The window by the couch needs to be recaulked and sealed. It looks like it might fall out if not addressed. The bathroom ceiling above the shower is peeling and looks like at one point it got wet from above and the shelving behind the toilets does not allow you to open the toilet lid or seat all the way up. It's very annoying to use the toliet would be very easy to fix. All in all we really enjoyed the stay. The bed was comfy, the coffee maker was great and the access to everything outstanding. We would definitely book again.

Clean little space for Couples Get Away

Easy entry, great communication, and clean space. All things I want for a quick weekend stay. It is about a mile walk to the bars and shops at Broadway. We used Uber once to go to the Listening Room but walked back. The last block is a little sketchy but we never had any problems. There is a great brewery for food and drinks by the baseball field. This is a 2-3 minute walk. The main con we experienced was that you could hear the people staying above us. Even them walking. That kept me awake at times but I am a light sleeper. It was a nice, clean space for a weekend get away.

Thanksgiving Weekend

The rental property was great! Nice little patio to sit and enjoy views. The bed was roomy and comfortable, hot shower and close to downtown. Will rent again

Great Little Spot

The place was nice and cozy with a view of the river. The location was further from Broadway then I had hoped, but was still walkable, although maybe not a night. One advantage of being a bit further away, was it's super quiet at night. Outside of the building wasn't the greatest looking, but inside was nicely decorated with all the right necessities.

Love Nashville!

I had an amazing stay in Nashville!, Rebecca was very friendly and attentive and reply very quickly to everything we needed. The room was exactly as advertised in the pictures—clean, and comfortable. One of the best parts was the view; we had a look at the river which made mornings and evenings extra special. It was the perfect blend of comfort and Nashville charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the city with a beautiful view and excellent service!

The condo was very clean and right along the River. It is about a mile walk to Broadway but the area is save to walk at any hour. Rebecca was very accommodating to all our requests with answers to our questions returned quickly. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville

Excellent water view!

Post very responsive and friendly, clean place with a beautiful water view! Easy walking distance from most things in downtown.

Close to downtown. 15-20 min walk. Uber ride to downtown 9-10$. Pool great. Right on river. Great king size bed. We would rent again.

First Nashville Vacation

The location next to the river was a definite plus and the area was very quiet. This was our first trip to Nashville, and we didn't spend a lot of time during the day at the unit. Because of the road construction in the area, it was a bit hard to find at first but we arrived after dark so that didn't help. Working with Rebecca was easy, we originally scheduled our vacation for August but had to change it to September and she was very accommodating. The check in and out process was very easy. The unit was nice but could probably use a good deep cleaning.

Anniversary Vacation Trip

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway, it had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable and had a nice little balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. We like to walk and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host Rebecca was wonderful, quick to respond to any questions we had and she had great suggestions and recommendations for the area. We would definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Saved our vacation!

Our beach vacation was ruined on day 1 from a hurricane! We decided to head home to Lexington, when we had the idea of staying a few days in Nashville since the weather was forecast to be warm and sunny! Rebecca responsed to my VRBO message EARLY on a Sunday morning when I reached out to see if the pool was still open. We quickly booked and arrived the next day...and enjoyed a few days of great weather, relaxing by the pool! I would recommend this unit to anyone! It's super cute, very clean, and had everything we needed!

So clean and cute!! Far enough away from the chaos of Broadway but also close enough to partake in the fun! One of the best places I’ve stayed! She thought of everything! Highly recommend!!

Nice Little Apartment

We enjoyed our stay in the near Nashville Broadway Street apartment because of the location. It was nice to be able to get away from the noise and lights at our apartment. It was so hot, but the pool made for an enjoyable evening. We also toured the city on ebikes, highly recommend.

Home Away From Home

The condo was close enough to Broadway that it was a quick Uber away (~5minutes) or potentially walk on a cooler day. It was never an issue getting an Uber to pick us up as it was usually a 2-5 minute pick up window. I enjoyed being closer to German town and to all the restaurants in the area. The location is great. This particular condo was right next to the stairwell in the second floor so that made it really accessible for loading/unloading my car. Easy parking situation. The condo buildings and parking were well lit at night and it felt very safe. If you’re traveling with dogs, there are some green spaces for them to do their business. The condo was also very clean from dust and indoor bugs alike. 10/10 I would definitely come stay here again.

We came to Nashville for the Zac Brown concert and I wanted to be in walking distance to the stadium and downtown. Location was perfect and never had to drive and deal with parking all weekend.

Nashville cozy stay

The unit was in a great location, close to downtown, the Nissan stadium, and Germantown. The owner was extremely easy to contact and quick to respond.

Great Unit

Lost the email that contained the access code & began to panic. Rebecca quickly replied to my request and I was able to get in right away. The unit was well kept and the numerous amenities provided was a nice addition. Did not realize the property was literally right on the river & so seeing the various boats go by was a great experience. I thought we were a little closer to Broadway & so with the longer walk & a few homeless people camped out on the way there, we decided to drive over or take a cab. Overall, a great experience & we enjoyed the unit.
