The wife and I really enjoyed our stay!! VERY close to all the attractions we wanted to do... Loved the fact that my truck was in covered parking... The balcony over looking the Cumberland River was very cool too!! Great communication; would definitely recommend!

Rebecca, the host, is very responsive with communication and helpful tips if needed. The condo is small but for 2 people it was perfect. You are able to walk to downtown and neighborhood bars/resturants. If you need to Uber downtown, it's approx 10. We parked in the covered parking area and didn't use the car again for the week. I would recommend this complex and will stay again.

Rebecca was great but the property was a lot smaller than the pictures led me to believe. This condo is cute & clean but is suited more for younger people who are in Nashville to party.

The property was clean and well compact, we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was very close to downtown Nashville, which was nice! Great communication with our hosts, we would stay here again!

We had a great stay. There was a small drainage issue with the shower but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The owner responded quickly with all questions. It was 1.5 to 1 mile walking distance. It was very clean and better in person than pictures showed . Highly recommend!!
