Sweeping Views - Spacious 3 Bds!

“Ho'ohano” is a Hawaiian word that can be used to describe something pleasing or enjoyable, and believe us when we say that it’s the perfect word for this stunning 3-bedroom on Hawaii’s Big Island! Located in the desirable Waikoloa Village, fine dining and shopping are very close as well as amazing on-site amenities of the pool, hot tub, shuffle board, spacious lanai with chaise lounge seating, and a pavilion with barbeque grills. When staying at this beautiful home, you also have access to the Waikoloa Village community center. The community center is a two-minute walk from Waikoloa Villas. There are discounts for golf, and free access to the aquatic center, tennis, and pickleball courts. There are many other activities just minutes away! Take a daytime or sunset sailing cruise, a whale-watching expedition, a ride in a glass-bottom boat, go on a snorkeling or diving adventure, swim with dolphins, or even book a scenic helicopter tour.

The many beaches along the Kohala Coast are all a short drive away. The unit is equipped with everything needed for a great beach day – two beach umbrellas, three beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, a boogey board, snorkel sets and beach toys.

Waimea, an old cattle ranching town is just 25 minutes away and offers many fine restaurants, local diners, farmers markets and shopping. The old sugar plantation towns of Hawaii, Kapaau, and Honokaa, as well as the ocean side cliffs and valleys of Pololu and Waipio, are easy drives as well. If you enjoy more of the hustle and bustle of a larger city, busy Kona is just 35 minutes away where you can stock up on groceries and beach necessities. For the golfers among you, this community overlooks the Waikoloa Village Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., where you’ll enjoy low green fees. The championship golf courses at Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hapuna Prince, and the Waikoloa Beach and Waikoloa Kings Courses are all just minutes away. Regardless of where you roam, you’ll appreciate the quiet of Waikoloa when you return.

You can already picture yourself curled up on the plush L-shaped living room sofa, streaming that new movie you’ve been saving on the large smart TV. Soaring ceilings make the open floor plan even more grand and airy, creating an atmosphere of togetherness and entertainment. The modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, chic countertops, and a tiled backsplash. The chef in your crew will love spending time here whipping up delicious culinary creations whether preparing family-style meals or a spread of afternoon appetizers. If you’d rather bar-b-que? Head down to the main pool area and you will find two large BBQ grills, as well as a refrigerator and sink. The spacious counter can seat 4 for quick and casual bites, while the nearby dining room table can host an additional 4. Enjoy a moment of peace with your morning coffee out on the shaded lanai, where an additional dining set can host al fresco meals as easily as a friendly night of games. The outdoor sofa set is a great place to catch an afternoon nap or turn a few pages on a new book.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed with a Beautyrest mattress, a twin-size sofa sleeper, a smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a glass walk-in shower, and California custom closets with drawers and shelving.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed with a Tempur-Pedic cooling mattress, a twin size sofa sleeper, a smart TV, and California custom closets with drawers and shelving.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a smart TV, and a walk-in California custom closet with drawers and shelving.

The home includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms – the first with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with an oversized single vanity and spacious walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, linens, and make-up removing washcloths.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. A parking pass, provided within the unit upon your stay, is required and must be displayed while parked in the community.

Waikoloa Villas is centrally located and provides easy driving distances to many of the Big Island’s attractions. ‘Anaeho’omalu Bay and the Waikoloa Resort area are just 10 minutes away where you can enjoy amazing snorkeling along coral reefs, or take leisurely strolls along a mile-long white sand beach or the secluded coves among rows of coconut palms and ancient Hawaiian fishponds. Mountain and sea canyon hiking can also be found nearby.

When in Hawaii, make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Be sure to dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

Wonderful Condo with beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay. The large lanai with the beautiful views of the ocean and golf course was a bonus. We enjoyed watching the Nenes, wild turkeys and the wild birds from the lanai each morning. The condo was clean and well kept and very organized. In addition to tons of detail in the condo, the entire community was well-maintained. Pool areas were cleaned and even the trash area was clean. Any text questions were responded to immediately. We spoke a couple times on the phone and super friendly people. Would definitely book again.

Waikoloa villa

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was beautifully updated and had all the amenities we needed. We really appreciated the little extras like the welcome basket and having dishwasher and laundry pods. Every meal was enjoyed out on the lanai with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and we barely used the air conditioning. We found with the windows open and the ceiling fans on that it was very comfortable. We had a great stay! Thanks
