Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme, with authentic Tommy Bahama furniture and new wide plank flooring in the living and dining areas. This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is very large, has an 18-ft living room ceiling, and has no one above or below. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

Waikoloa Beach Colony Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Waikoloa Beach Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. Great Experience

Great place close to the neighborhood pool and close to public beaches. Grills are just steps away, was fun to share memories with the family.

Great Family Getaway

Our family of four had a great experience with our stay in Waikoloa. The location made for relaxing walks or short drives to all conveniences. Having the family pool located so close was an awesome bonus for our young kids.

Awesome place

Place was spacious and was plenty of space for our family of 8. The closet full of beach toys, chairs, ice chests, and snorkels, worked out great. Swimming pool and bbq grills were right next to unit. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful Location

Our multigenerational family really enjoyed staying at this condo. The layout was fabulous, the kitchen was well appointed and it was right next to the pool. The condo is a short walk to the Hilton Waikoloa which is a fun place to take a walk to see the dolphins. Thank you for a great stay!

Wow, what a bargain

Beautiful condo in Waikoloa, plenty of room for family of 6. Even had a closet full of all the beach gear…boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrella, chairs. Very well done! 10/10

Great Waikoloa condo for a family trip

Really nice location just steps from the pool and BBQ ... nice amenities - everything you need is provided. Kitchen well stocked, tons of towels and beach toys / chairs / umbrellas which is MUCH appreciated. Very spacious living room with plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again. Parking is limited if you have more than 1 vehicle.

Great Townhouse

This place was great for our stay with 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of room, no shortage of hot water for showers, and lots of beach gear. The patio was very private and not far from the pool. The condo was quiet, we could not hear neighbors. I loved the fact that the resort area was a great place to walk. We will definitely book again when we return.

Fantastic Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. 3 adults, 3 kids (ages 16, 9, & 4) The villa was pretty roomy but yet warming. Lynn, was great at answering questions and my phone calls. The villa is a great location, near the gate. The pool was super close. Outside the villa, there are resorts and plenty of restaurants and stores. Highly recommended it!

We had such a nice time and we were very happy with our villa

The owner was so kind and changed our dates for us many times because of COVID. He made our stay very nice . We had a blast and the beds were so comfy . This place was so quiet that we would all laugh because we weren't use to so much silence. The area was almost empty and most days we had the pool to ourselves .

Tired property. Not particularly clean. Front door latch needs replacement; must kick the door to open. Screw missing on sliding glass door, handle is likely to break if not replaced.

Wonderful

We stayed in this wonderful Villa in May 2018. Very easily accessible. Beautiful location. House was very nicely decorated in had everything you could possibly need with the family or friends on vacation. Very clean and tidy. Great location next to all kinds of shopping and beaches. Centrally located. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Love that it was located next to the Hilton with awesome pools and it also had two awesome pools of its own. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great place to vacation.

Big Island

Nice location and great weather. Condo is clean but needs some maintenance in worn areas and maybe decorating. Kitchen supplies minimal. Can opener broke 1st time we tried to use it. Games shouldn't be listed as most have pieces missing. Overall we had a wonderful time and condo was a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay.

Waikaloa for Wanderers

The condo is very comfortable. One great selling point for me was the seating in the sunken living room. The two full size couches offered lots of room for hanging with the family. The large dining table was perfect for evening meals. The condo is conveniently located proximate to the family pool where the grills are located. The house is well maintained. The condo is spacious and welcoming. The home maintenance person was very responsive. The 5 minute drive to the beach is also a huge plus.

Overall a good family location

Great location next to the neighborhood pool. For the price it was definitely worth it!! The condo itself needed some love and care. A light bulb was out, we had an issue with the downstairs toilet leaking, and the pans were difficult to cook in - time to replace them from Costco or somewhere ;). This would be a great property to stay at especially with young kids due to proximity to the pool. Overall once we checked in (we had to call to get the updated code) anything needed was addressed quickly by the lady on island who handles the property. She was very kind and helpful!

A great family holiday

Jim was easy to communicate with and our family of 7 had a wonderful stay in his place. The highlight for our kids was being so close to the family pool (right outside the sliding door), which never seemed to be busy. The other pool is a bit of a hike (about an 8 minute walk at a young child's pace) so we never took advantage of it but it was equally as big as the family pool. So great to have two swimming options in one complex! This is the second time we have stayed in the Waikoloa area and it is easily becoming a go to destination for future Hawaiian holidays. The condo itself was well equipped although if I were to make a suggestion, having plastic plates would be nice so the kids aren't eating off breakable plates and it would give you the option to eat by the pool (where no glass is allowed). For those with children who want to run around outside on grass, the location of this condo doesn't afford that luxury but it wasn't an deal breaker for us. Thank you Jim for hosting our family!

It was very nice needs a few more things in it

You can walk to the beach if your young and healthy. The same with the shops way to far to walk. The condo was very nice, needs to have a pizza pan. Other than that it’s fine. The beds take some time getting used to no worse than a hotel but I u def stand that we are not going to sleep like we are home.parking is very tight.but in all I really like it . The cleaning crew they use could do a better job of it like making sure no diapers are laying around and paper under furniture. The guy you rent from super helpful Jim and answer you back right away I know I bugged him a lot before we left. They do have stuff for the pool and very nice beach towels and chairs.porch is very small but works. All in all I would rent this one again and again. Love it.
