The Bungalows are perfect for fun & rest with all the conveniences of an outdoor paradise! Enjoy FREE access to the Rainbow River via the KP Hole Park boat ramps. Our Community Center offers life size games so you can challenge yourself or friends, make dinner on the grills or roast S'more's by the fire! Take a leisurely walk to the dog area or a siesta in the hammocks. Bungalow U is the ONLY 3 bedroom, 2 bath, family & pet friendly unit with an inviting front deck. 2 night minimum on weekends.

Sign me up for anything sports related while traveling and this extrovert will bring the competition. I also love hosting unique homes with others so they can enjoy the beautiful Rainbow River in the small town of Dunnellon, Florida, where I call home!

The Rainbow River Bungalows is located in a quiet river side neighborhood. The property is a beautifully landscaped almost 5 acres of natural Florida Pine Trees. The KP Hole Park is a short 2 minute walk down the road, where guests access the river via the boat ramps. There are plenty of grocery stores within a short 5-10 minute drive.

Bungalow U has a full size kitchen with everything needed to cook at home. There are 3 bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed and two twin beds. For large groups there is an air mattress and couch for added sleeping spaces. Additional bedding is stored in pink guest bedroom closet. The master bath has a spacious walk-in shower and twin sinks. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo with single vanity.
There are 22 bungalows in this vacation rental community. All bungalows are private individual units. All guests on property have access to the shared community center, fire pits, dog walking area and hammocks.
Guests have private use of the entire bungalow and shared access to all community areas on property.
This is a vacation rental community; you may encounter other guests maintenance and lawn care workers during your stay.
Please note this is not a river front property, but we provide guests FREE access to the Rainbow River at anytime during their stay using the dedicated lanyards located in their bungalows. This amenity is very unique for the area as there are no other free public access points to the river upstream. Guests can bring their own boat and trailer, kayaks SUPs and/or jet skis to launch at the boat ramps. Or rent them from the bungalows at $40 per vessel per day.
