Situated adjacent to a beautiful golf course and just minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs, this tri-level A-frame mountain getaway offers the perfect blend of cozy charm and spacious accommodation.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is plenty of room for family and friends to gather and relax. The multiple lounge areas provide ample space for unwinding by a fire after a long day on the slopes or exploring the nearby hiking trails. The rustic yet modern decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy to feel right at home. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely breakfast on the deck overlooking breathtaking views or snuggling up with a good book in one of the comfortable living spaces, this mountain retreat is sure to provide a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The main level features a bright dining and living room with television and wood fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with barstool seating and a breakfast table, two queen-sized bedrooms, and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a wrap-around porch with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a fire pit for your enjoyment.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom and balcony offering stunning views of the golf course. Relax in the lounge seating loft area overlooking the spacious living room, or take advantage of the office/study area, boasting breathtaking views of Red Mountain.
On the lower level, there is a spacious lounge area with television and playroom, complete with a Nugget play couch for the younger guests. The bunk room features a twin over full bunk bed along with a second twin bed and a selection of books, toys, and games. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a tub and shower for added convenience.
This space accommodates a maximum of four cars in the garage and driveway. Please note that heavy machinery and large RVs are not permitted for parking.
AMENITY LIMITATIONS: • Fire wood for the living room fireplace is not provided and is the responsibility of guests. • The two gas fireplaces (loft and kitchen / dining room) are not functional.

• A limited stock of basic guest supplies is provided to start off your stay, including coffee filters, non-dairy creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar, food storage wrap, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. At least one bath towel per guest is also provided.
• Elm seed bugs may be found in this home due to the presence of a nearby Siberian elm plant. Elm seed bugs were first discovered in Colorado in 2017 and have since been declared a nuisance pest in several counties. They are especially bad in Garfield County from mid-June into September, specifically in homes with Siberian elms nearby, and are nearly impossible to eradicate, even with regular pest control services.
• For your own safety, there are two security cameras on the exterior of the home, one in the driveway and one on the walkway leading to the main entrance.
• We have a zero tolerance smoking policy, and guests will be charged accordingly (see House rules).
• We abide strictly by the “Cancellation policy” (including road closures and / or inclement weather) and “House rules” (including “Additional rules”) which can be found at the bottom of the listing. They are reiterated during the booking process (on the “Confirm and pay” page), at which time you are confirming that you agree to the terms. Please review them carefully!
House rules
• Maximum number of pets allowed is 1. There is a pet fee, and pets must be included on the reservation's guest count at the time of booking (click inside of box that reads “Travelers” and then click box next to “I am traveling with pets”) so that the system calculates the cost of the reservation correctly. Pets must be crated when left alone. Guests are required to clean up pet waste or will incur an automatic charge of $60.
• Excessive cleaning will be charged at a rate up to $50 an hour. Blood or badly stained linens (including but not limited to bed sheets, mattress pads / protectors, etc.) is an automatic charge of up to $150 per item. Confetti and party decor clean up is an automatic charge of $60. Moving furniture is an automatic charge of $120.
• Violations of VRBO's House Rules can jeopardize our short term rental permit, disrupt cleaning and maintenance schedules, cause extra wear and tear and, worst of all, lessen future guest experiences and will be charged as follows: • unauthorized guests, up to $50 per person, per night; • unauthorized pets, up to $100 per pet, per night; • unapproved early check ins and late check outs, $50 per hour; • late checks outs after 1pm, an additional night’s stay; • parties or events, up to $2,500 with any extra cleaning and damages being charged separately; smoking of any kind, up to $1,000.
